Absolutely perfect place for what we needed We will definitely recommend and come back again in the future. The location was perfect as well. Staff was attentive and food was excellent. Even though we did not use the pool area, everything was perfect

Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, el roof está bonitp pero se llena rápido y hay poco personal para atender. La pantalla es grande, el baño luce nuevo, las almohadas cómodas, la iluminación indirecta me gustó, aunque las paredes o puerta de conexión hacia la habitación del lado son muy delgados porque sí se escuchan ruidos de otras habitaciones.

Excelente, las habitaciones súper Limpiesa , la alberca muy linda y el personal muy amable, me encantó todo está muy lindo el jacuzzi y tiene masajes, temazcal, vapor y sauna, la verdad una excelente opción de hospedaje me encantó 10 de 10, me volveré a hospedar aquí seguro

Excelente servicio. En recepción, Irene súper servicial, atenta y amable. El personal en general con disposición y profesionalidad. Mi estadía fue de 14 noches y Ama de llaves siempre ofreció un muy buen servicio en la habitación. El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor y confortable.

Amazing facility, service is very good and the rooms spacious and modern with all amenities. Close to airport and conveniently close to the huayacan restaurant offer. Breakfast included is simply but the menu offers extra if in need. Really recommended. Not my first time

Aguas si estás en tus días y piensas quedarte en este hotelito. Aparte de que el servicio es terrible tuve la experiencia más humillante de mi vida. Desafortunadamente tuve mi periodo durante mi estancia y me cobraron $1800 pesos por la limpieza especial de las sábanas por que según la recepcionista y el gerente en turno es anti higiénico de mi parte. Entiendo el cobro si llegas bien borracho y te bonitas en la cama, pero la menstruación es algo natural que nos pasa a TODAS y TODAS estamos expuestas a accidentes. Me hicieron sentir super incómoda al tener que explicar dar explicaciones de esto al personal y todavía recibir consejos de la recepcionista de ser más limpia y cuidadosa. Aparte de esta joya,se supone que te dan un masaje de 5 minutos a la llegada pero el personal se desaparece y pues ya no te lo dan. 5 veces pedimos toallas para la alberca que está llena de papeles y la limpieza del cuarto la hicieron a las 7 pm después de que se reportó a recepción y ama de llaves. No hay meseros y los que te toman la orden son los cocineros.
