Very nice hotel and in a great location , rooms where clean and tidy , and pretty smart , nice pool area , the hotel mainly caters for Spanish guests , especially regarding the food and any entertainment but I would stay here again has staff where nice and always helpful and it's in a good location for levante beach and the old town.

The Hotel Climia Benidorm Plaza was a very friendly hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast/evening meals had a good choice for all kinds of tastes. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Plenty of sun loungers. Ideally located for the old town and the new town Would recommend this hotel.

Simplemente espectacular. Viaje con mi esposa y estuvimos oho días. Desde la llegada hasta el ultimo minuto estuvimos encantados. La comida,el trato del personal,la habitación,etc. Todos los empleados una maravilla. Era la primera vez en este hotel y no volveremos a otro. Muchas gracias a todos!!

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la plage, des rues piétonnes, des commerces. Chambre très propre, très bonne literie, grande douche, avec petite vue sur mer au 10 ème étage. A noter le calme dans les couloirs et aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur. La clim fonctionnait très bien. Le réceptionniste était très professionnel, accueillant, souriant et parlait bien français. Le personnel du restaurant est très professionnel et très poli, notamment José et Adrian très sympathiques. La nourriture était bonne, variée. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, du choix. Les desserts étaient bons mais moins de choix par rapport à d'autres établissements de même catégorie. La clim dans la salle de restaurant était un peu trop froide mais rien de grave juste à penser de prendre un gilet. Le personnel du bar est également très professionnel. Soirées animées avec chanteurs, danseuses...

L'hotel è ottimo, so inserisce benissimo nella vivacità di Benidorm. La struttura è a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sono a buffet che è ricco e ben strutturato. Le camere sono comode, moderne e tenute molto bene. Lo staff è gentile , disponibile e preparato. Alla reception Marisi è fantastica! 10 e lode per come si presta e aiuta i clienti su ogni questione che le viene posta. L'hotel offre un bar con TV , una piscina. La sera l'animazione tiene compagnia a chi preferisce non uscire. Vacanza spettacolare!

Hemos estado como cada año en familia (ya son 12 años) y muy agusto! Este año nos ubicaron en un piso alto con unas vistas inmejorables y como han añadido más ascensores se nota mucho para bien. Como siempre el personal es muy amable, daría las gracias a todos y cada uno de vosotros, lo mejor esque hay gente que llevamos viendo todos estos años, y eso nos hace sentir como en casa. La comida variada, las instalaciones y habitaciones se han reformado y la ubicación perfecta. El año que viene nos vemos!

Del 10 al 15 de Septiembre hemos estado un numeroso grupo de amigos de Córdoba -creo recordar que 52 personas en total-. Muy buen hotel con una excelente ubicación. Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel, especialmente Marisi por su amable trato y agilidad a la hora de adjudicarnos las habitaciones. Buena calidad en el bufé. Muy amena y divertida animación nocturna. Excelente limpieza en las habitaciones.

Buenas estancia, estuvimos del 13 al 18 de septiembre ya conocíamos el hotel pero esta mejorado, por parte del personal un muy buen trato, la limpieza tanto en la habitación como en los espacios comunes buena, el buffet tanto en desayuno como en comida y cena bueno y variado, el animador muy agradable y la música de por la noche muy animada. Es muy recomendable
