We didn't have breakfast included when we checked in, but the front desk courteously gave us a complimentary one. On the day we checked out, we overslept, and the butler was very helpful in arranging a late check-out for us."

The aunties in the restaurant were also very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and we even received warm bottled water upon check-out. Overall, a very satisfying stay."

"The room facilities are very complete and clean, suitable for a family of three. There are electric irons, hair dryers, umbrellas, etc. in the room. The bed is of appropriate hardness. The breakfast is very rich. In addition to the regular dishes, there are also local specialties such as Bengbu sa soup, spicy soup, beef soup, and fermented rice balls. There are ground parking spaces in front and behind the building, which can accommodate more than 60 cars. Parking is free for accommodation. There is also an underground parking lot. It is adjacent to the Bengbu Convention and Exhibition Center, the Grand Theater, and the Library. There are many restaurants around, especially lobster barbecue, which may be a local specialty. The hotel staff has a good service attitude."

"The hotel is brand new with a very tasteful design. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are excellent, not to mention the great views. They've got Villeroy & Boch toilets, sanitaryware, and bathtubs, and a Dove hairdryer. When I requested a garment steamer, it was delivered instantly. The complimentary snacks were also delicious. The service was thoughtful and attentive; Xiao Gui even upgraded my room. Many thanks for the wonderful service! I'll definitely be back if I have the chance."

"This is the worst Atour hotel I have stayed in in recent years. There is only one small sprinkler head and I am afraid of sanitary problems. I turned on the air conditioner and adjusted the warm air temperature to 27 degrees. As a result, it got colder and colder, from 24 degrees to 22 degrees. The table also became colder. It is very old and does not look like it was opened in recent years. There are no details at all. I applied for a delayed check-out until 16:00 on Ctrip, but the front desk said that it could not be found, which is very funny!"
