I had a terrible experience staying there last. They wanted to charge me more for a nonsmoking room. I needed to save money, so I decided to put up with it. I had to put a $20 cash deposit. And when I got to my room there was dirty toilet paper in the toilet. When I called the front desk they came to my room with maintenance. The owner told me I was a liar. And showed me a sheet someone signed. I asked why I would lie about something like that. He told me I made it up Bc I wanted a nonsmoking room. And that offended me. I just said. If there’s dirty toilet paper in the toilet, I question the cleanliness of the room. Then his attitude got worse and told his daughter, who was with him, to go call the cops on me. I literally didn’t do anything wrong or raise my voice. I was polite. Then he told me the only way I could stay, is to put down another $80 cash deposit. I had no other option that night, so I paid it. I did get my money back in the morning, but I will never go there again and I highly suggest any other hotel. And if the owner sees this comment. You need to anger management and counseling. And I didn’t lie. You need to check the rooms yourself before you rent the room and call others out of their name.
