It was my first time staying at Parador… Everything was good. The reception staff was very friendly, and I don't know if it was remodeled, but the room was neat and the bathroom was clean.

Sehr gute Lage, einige interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten im Ort, direkt in der Nähe zur Autobahn, ideal für stoppover. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Küche , Innenpool und Sauna auch im Winter nutzbar.

We maakten in oktober een 10 paradors tocht door Spanje en verbleven hier 1 nacht in een standaard kamer. We betaalden 104€ met een 5-nachten parador bon (normaal 128€) inclusief buffetontbijt en taksen voor 2 personen en parking gratis. Knusse en compacte parador, voormalig renaissance kasteel La Mota uit de elfde eeuw. Het volledig gerestoreerde gebouw van 3 verdiepingen telt slechts 40 grote kamers, een lift, een mooie tuin met zwembad en vooral de imposante Caracol tower (de enige originele ruimte van het pand). Gratis parking voor de deur. Onze standaard kamer 306 was heel ruim (36m²+8m² balkon) , kraaknet en comfortabel met mooie tegelvloer. Grote badkamer met grote en zware handdoeken. Het balkon met 2 comfortabele clubzetels biedt uitzicht op de tuin en wijdse omgeving. De bar in de Caracol tower is aangenaam om zitten, het restaurant heel goed a la carte diner (vooral het 8 kazen voorgerecht was een ontdekking). Buffetontbijt was prima en op parador niveau : linnen tafellaken en linnen servetten, koffie/thee aan tafel geserveerd, warme gerechten aan tafel opgenomen en aan tafel gebracht. Het enige nadeel dat ik kan inbeelden is het stadje Benavente zelf, waar in feite niet veel te beleven valt.
