Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not many places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful.
One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs.
Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

We stayed in the Kenilworth for a week and it was incredible, right on the beachfront in a great location. A perfect resort to relax by the pool or on the beach. The service was exceptional from arrival to check out, a special shout out to the restaurant staff as they were always willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options, also the A La Carte for Lunch and Dinner had a great variety. We did also eat at the Italian one night, with delicious food. In addition to all staff in the restaurants, a special mention to Anil in the fitness centre, Ravi at the front and Gleson at the pool bar. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. Neelam
