Room was reserved for 4 days. Was only able to use for 2 days because the elevator was broken and the elderly couldn't climb 10 set of stairs. Really disappointed. My trio was booked via a third party that trip advisor failed to informed me about and was non refundable or modifiable. So I couldn't get any sort of refund. Do NOT USE the website without reading all the fine prints..

Old and looking more than dated. Needs some definite upkeep. Over priced if not for the other prices in the area. That said it was safe and clean enough to be comfortable and meet my needs, but definitely would not have reserved here if I’d seen the place first.

It was very comfortable and clean I enjoyed my stay ❤️ The lady in the front desk was very nice and the price was affordable Thank you guys Semri she is very nice and friendly she helped me with everything The lobby is big with sofas, clean Highly recommend

Friendly staff, but do yourself a favour and pay a little more for another hotel. Kind of like an old blanket you need to throw out, dirty walls and carpets. The breakfast was laughable... I couldn't tell the difference between the white bread and the wheat, and maybe there wasn't any. The air conditioning fan was so loud you couldn't use it at night. Big mistake to stay there.

Rooms comfortable and staff very kind specially front desk guy named Jose he’s such a good person. Breakfast was also really good they offer good menu to all guests, elevators functioning and parking lot very safe. I’ll definitely go again.

Smre es muy buena en la recepción, muy amable y habla español, nos atendio muy muy bien, ademas de la excelente estadia, habitaciones limpias y ordenadas nos dejaron hacer el cheking de noche, recomiendo el sitio al 100% Gracias por todo. 😃😃

Semre was of great help, she made sure I was accommodating with the same room I’ve been in, she checked me in asap, the breakfast here in the am are amazing, I will recommend a stay to anyone, the facility is clean and comforting, they make you feel wanted

Je suis venue ici en groupe et j'ai été un peu étonnée de l'état des chambres en général. Il y a pas mal de traces d'usure, ce qui est normal avec le temps, et l'entretien des lieux semble léger avec les traces de rouille dans la salle de bain, des traces de dégradation ou autre. Je proposerai à l'hôtel de faire un peu de travaux pour remettre à neuf et afin de maintenir le charme simple et ouvert des Comfort Inn. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le staff agréable et sympathique. Merci.

For what we paid I expected a little more. Hotel is long overdue for an upgrade. Elevator looks like something out of a factory. Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever had… threw most of it away after a bite or two. Key worked last night but not this morning.
