"We had high expectations as we thought we would find a 4-star hotel, however we found an apparently new hotel but without any soundproofing, we heard both the cars on the street and all the noise from the other rooms, voices, footsteps, flush toilets, water from the showers. There was no internet in our room at all. There is only one "shower gel" for body and hair, no conditioner or body lotion, so be careful. If it was a 3 star I would even accept it now it is not a 4 star at all. Fortunately it was only one night, if you want peace and quiet I don't recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here one night. You get what you pay for: the basic with low quality. The good: a good shower pressure, we had an issue with the no contact check in, but the person responsible came in a few minutes. The bad: the rooms had a moldy, musty smell, I think it comes from the textile in the headboard of the bed. Some mold on the bottom of the shower as well. Low quality towels, very rough. The breakfast: very diluted orange juice, not fresh bread, stingy."

"This is a very plain hotel with nothing to offer. No bottle of water in the room, no tissues, no refrigerator, terrible food and hardly any reason to stay there. We never had our toilet paper replaced even though there was just a small part of a roll remaining, people were not friendly, room had great view but bathroom was not clean. Would never stay there again. Furthermore, I can’t think of a good reason to visit Belmonte. Jewish museum is a joke…"

"We just stayed one night, but it was a great experience. The room is super cosy, the bed is very comfortable and has access to a shared kitchen with other 2 beds, together with a living room and dining table with salamandra! The spa is very relaxing, with ambient music and access to jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bathroom. Also has a dresser and stools suspended. The insonorization of the rooms is excellent. The owners and collaborators are super sympathetic and helpful. We were lucky to find a solution to any problem that arose, but we had the chance that the restaurant was closed on the day we went, and we could not experience the meals in that room, but the breakfast served is divine."
