房間設施尚可，衹是我們住的時候，空調壞了，老闆給我們換了對面房間，也幫我們拿行李，但更換房間終究還是不方便，因此丟掉了一瓶新買的卸粧水，雖然主要是自己的責任，怪不得別人，但因更換房間而導致的。

Terrible hotel, dirty, they didn't clean my room one day. The restaurant wasn't working and they didn't even give us a second option. I didn't have breakfast or dinner. And every day the reception was empty, I ended up spending 30 minutes outside. Finally, the manager Franco was super rude to me. I don't recommend it to ANYONE.

WORST STAY I'VE EVER HAD A terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't tell us that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. We waited almost half an hour in the sun until a security guard showed up to open the door. The next night (7pm) a guest arrived at the same time my friend and I arrived back at the hotel and what happened? The new guest was left outside because there was no one at the reception. Finally, the hotel manager (Franco) was super rude to us, treated me and my friend very badly and even raised his tone.

The faculties were clean and simple. The grounds were beautiful! We moved rooms during our stay from the hibiscus to the hummingbird and both were pool front and surrounded by nature. We also did a body scrub and massage and after 2 weeks of travel we felt so fresh and relaxed. Can’t recommend enough!

Had two massages with Giselle that was AMAZING! The entire hotel was so peaceful and chill. So relazing! Our little cottage room was clean and comfortable. I can't reccommend this hotel/beatique enough. Stay here and for sure get a massage with Giselle!

Wonderful massage with Giselle. We did 1 hr the first time, then 30 min a few days later. Released muscles I didn't know I had! Wow. The massage was near the pool and our cottage, all surrounded by lush tropical flowering plants. Lovely. Only negative is that the food prices are very high, esp for off-season, both at hotel and at restaurants.

I must say as a family of 5 it’s rather hard to find accommodations in one room. I must say Harbor view did a wonderful job in accommodating us. Exceptional cleanliness and the security as well. Not to mention they are two pools to relax and enjoy with children the well manicured garden was my favorite. I have to say definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Giselle gave the BEST Swedish massage I have ever had. And I’m 55! The room equaled a Super 8. I was disappointed with it. The outside seating area on the dock was a great spot to hang out. The food at the cafe was good and had a great view. But a massage with Giselle made it worth it!!

I am grateful that they refunded my money. I am thankful that I tried to connect to the wifi before I needed it using both my phone, a Samsung and my laptop, a Mac. Neither would connect at HarbourView. I checked in at the hotel up the street and wahhh-lahhhh both worked gloriously. No issues at all. Someone did attempt to repair the wifi but then the girl at the front desk suggested it was my device and shared that my neighbors had not complained and had no issues. That was infuriating... and even after having to pack my things, drag all of my luggage from the cabin, out of the property across the street in 102°F alone, no help... I am grateful I got a full refund and found somewhere else to stay that allowed me to enjoy my stay... especially after Beryl became an issue!!! Thank yoooou universe.
