The hotel was chosen near the airport, according to the reviews only the Mar Hotel was fully suited to us, which we were convinced. The hotel staff advised us to book for the departure period and the problem was resolved. The hotel has a private minibus for the airport transfer and the trip does not exceed 15 minutes. Resepshn is 24-hour and very kind - we were immediately settled in the room and the decoration was offered to spend the morning after breakfast. The hotel itself is built, equipped and equipped very modernly, with emphasis on functionality and comfort. Rooms are spacious, beds and bedding excellent. Food. Breakfast is worth the Michelin star. In fact, all the products come from local producers - that is, eggs from chickens from free feed, butter, cheeses, sausages and ham from farms in mountains, greens, vegetables and fruit - from gardens in valleys + the most tasty Serbian buns and bread. Believe me, even in hotels 5+ such quality is very rare. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from local restaurants or in a bar to order hot sandwiches, by the way, too very delicious. Staff. Absolutely from all staff there is sincere kindness, help and care. Special thanks to both the Babys - the owner of the hotel and the manager on the respiratory. I strongly recommend - budget prices and quality premium.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group and there were both pros and cons. The pros were - excellent and helpful staff at reception; free access to a computer in the lobby; a bar, lounge and restaurant; comfortable enough rooms, although we had a very inconsistent shower; a number of decent restaurants nearby and well serviced by bus and tram. The cons - sheer incompetence in the dining room for breakfast. Regardless of the number of people in there, the staff were incapable of keeping up with the supply of food, juices or plates and cutlery and the ”go-to” fruit, was lemons. In terms of location, it was about 4 kms from the main sites and attractions and thus, was reasonably placed.

The hotel is located in the new Belgrade area, on the edge of the main road, convenient transportation, has its own free parking space, and there is a large supermarket next to it. The hotel is clean and tidy, business hotel nature, there are some. Very cost-effective! The service staff was hospitable and helped to print the invitation letter from Montenegro for free. Western breakfast, there are many varieties of meat and intestines, because I like to eat meat, so I feel very good! More interesting is: the air conditioner is placed under the window, and the air conditioner wind cannot blow the room when the curtain is pulled. It can blow in the middle of the curtain and the window. I don’t know how to design it. We can use the curtains to enjoy the air conditioner.

Super super hotel. There is a feeling of going home. The restaurant in the hotel is the best. I will come back to eat every day after playing outside. Breakfast is Chinese style, with porridge and pickled mustard. Dinner is of a higher standard, comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Completely satisfied the stomach. The hotel is very clean, very new, and the service is very good. The facilities are comparable to five-star standards, but there is no swimming pool or gym. And you can find a Chinese-speaking front desk to help with hotel services and travel charter services, and airport pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged. Best option. Luxury, all kinds of service, perfect furniture, TVset, bathroom, ect. Smooth bed and double pillows. Carpet. Chairs for resting. Big window from wall to wall with excelent view to Novi Beograd skyscrappers. Ideal breakfast, with too many options. They had also an old bus to take us to the airport.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

Reflecting on our experience at Joy5 Hotel & ”SPA” in Belgrade: Hotel Staff: We extend our commendation to the hotel staff for their consistent warmth and professionalism. Their practice of rising to greet guests upon entry is a testament to their hospitality. However, it's worth mentioning the logistical challenge posed by the 150-meter distance between the drop-off point and the hotel entrance, particularly with luggage in tow. While a golf cart service is available, its operational reliability remains inconsistent, occasionally necessitating a walk during inclement weather. Housekeeping Service: Our experience with the housekeeping service leaves room for improvement. For guests staying beyond a couple of days, the expectation of refreshed towels and bed linens is reasonable. Regrettably, this anticipation often requires proactive reminders, accompanied by a degree of reluctance from the staff. A more accommodating approach in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Accommodation and Facilities: Turning our attention to the accommodation, our reservation for a ”queen” room revealed an unconventional configuration involving twin-sized platforms and an additional top pad. The usage of a simple sheet as a bed cover resulted in nightly adjustments, and imperfections in the sheets themselves were observed. An attached photographic record is available for reference. The confines of the shower area present limitations, with water overflow being a noticeable concern. On a positive note, a surplus of aging towels is readily provided to address such situations. Locale and Surroundings: The hotel's location along the Danube contributes to a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the convenience of proximity to a modestly-sized mall enhances the overall guest experience. The availability of fresh air further adds to the appeal of the surroundings. Overall Impression: In conclusion, our stay was marked by enjoyment and contentment. However, considering the tariff structure, it is reasonable to anticipate a slightly elevated level of service and quality. It is pertinent to note that our attempt to secure an upgrade was met with assurances that were not subsequently fulfilled. This situation, although mildly disappointing, did not significantly detract from our overall experience. Our assessment of the stay remains generally positive.

The washroom is not in the room but a private one as I can use, the hotel host is friendly. I changed my time of stay and they agreed. Good one.

The location is a bit biased, the traffic is not very convenient, and there is no food to eat around. The price of meals in the hotel Western restaurant is really high, because it is a developing country after all, it is recommended to eat and take a taxi to the city center

We opted for a cheaper room with no view. It was really good value. The room wants huge but more than adequate and spotlessly clean. The hotel is by the river and walking distance to great places to eat and drink - 10 mins although uphill. If you are reasonable fit it’s an easy walk. Otherwise a really cheap cab ride. The staff were great. What did strike us was that the hotel could make better use of its bar area Really good value and a good stay
