非常滿意了一次體驗，早晨起床出去走走，空氣清新！回來享用豐盛的早餐，西式煎蛋很嫩、烤腸也挺香，最主要的是各式烤點心和各種各樣的麪包，吃的很滿足！前台服務的小姐姐都很漂亮，可以用英語交流，塞爾維亞貝爾格萊德用英語交流基本可以暢行無阻！

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with a few hitches. The standout features were the comfortable bed and the peaceful location, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area was a highlight, boasting cleanliness and a cozy little bar under the shade, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel is conveniently located within a five-minute walk from various restaurants and shopping options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. Negative points: The breakfast options were limited, though it was nice to see gluten-free bread available. The coffee quality was disappointing, which could be improved. We also noticed an unpleasant odor from the bathroom when the door was left open, and while the air conditioning worked well, it was quite noisy. Lastly, for those looking to explore the city, the hotel isn’t very central but there is a bus station nearby, which provides some solace.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Gluten and dairy free options were provided. Lovely swimming pool. Would recommend this as staff are willing to help out to ensure your stay is enjoyable as they have done their best to assist us. Kitchen staff are friendly.

Booked this hotel with the information on the webpage that it would be a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and stores. We asked the receptionist for directions and she told us there was only one restaurant and no bars, stores anywhere close. Also the pictures of the room and the pool looks very appealing and nice, it’s not the reality! Dirty, ugly and small.
It was supposed to be close to the city, it was not walking distance, with taxi 15 minutes.
We were supposed to stay here one week, we didn’t even stay one night.
The only good thing was that it was easy to have communication with the hotel before the arrival.

The property was good value with helpful, friendly staff. The location was good as there was a nearby bus stop and getting to central Belgrade was simple.

Breakfast was alright, though cerial and milk were untasty at all. Also on the 3rd when I was there I was almost robbed by cleaning stuff, literlly caught a woman who was searching for money/goods in my bag. The smell in my bathroom was awefull and even vent won't help it. The shower was also broken.
