The location is great, the staff was very friendly. Our biggest complaint is that whenever we came back our room constantly smelled like smoke, which is strange because we are non smokers. When we got back home i noticed that even my pajamas also smelled like smoke.

I forgot to take the power socket adapter when I left the store. I thought the store was honest, so I didn't go to pick it up the next day. I passed by the store on the third night and asked for it. The store said they didn't have it! It's broken!

There was no water at first but it came later. We didn't use the toilet because it was damp. and there were butterflies. The sleeping place was comfortable and clean.

No cleaning during the holidays, no shampoo! boiling water! No phone! The waiter doesn't speak English! There is no tourist map at the front desk! Third world level! The TV does not work? ! Not as good as Chinese towns!

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.
