I recently stayed at the Mercure Belgrade Excelsior and was impressed with the level of service provided by the front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs.
They provided me with useful information about the local area and were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed, and the location was excellent, with easy access to many of Belgrade's top attractions. First of all, don't expect anything from a so-called four-star hotel. The room is at the level of a 200-yuan hotel in China. The house is relatively old, and the furniture and bathroom inside are also very old. Especially the bathroom is far behind the European average, and is a low-end domestic product.
The most unbearable thing is the weird design of the bathroom. The glass of the bathroom and the washing area is half blocked, and the whole floor is wet when taking a shower. There is no dry place to stand when brushing teeth... and the sound of water flow is still quite obvious in the middle of the night...
The breakfast is average, but the coffee is okay, which is better than the coffee in most hotels.
The only two advantages are that the Internet speed is relatively fast and the location is not bad
