The advantage of booking a hotel in order to take the bus early in the morning is that it is very close to the bus station and across the road. The hotel is too old and the facilities are outdated. One of the two beds is okay, but the other is extremely soft and cannot sleep on. A group of 17- and 8-year-old young people checked into the hotel and kept making noise until midnight. Even after I told them, it was of no use. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high.

Poor overall service (room repairs, slow and interrupted internet, buffet) for a 4 star hotel, but the cost is in line with 4 stars. My opinion is that the maintenance of the hotel is not according its level. Ony good design is available if you consider visit it.

Bu otele yıldız veren yasal mercii de problem var öncelikle onu belirtmeliyim. Turla gittiğimiz seyahatimizin ilk durağı bu oteldi. Herseyden önce oda çok pisti. Yemeğe indiğimizde sizin yemek saatiniz geçti bu yemek başka turun gibi saçma sapan bir açıklama yapıldı. Tur rehberimiz devreye girince tamam dendi yemek kısmından sorumlu personel bayan yemek kaplarinin sonu kalmış nerde yemek deyince ingilizce anlamayacagimizi düşünüp begenmediyseniz başka yerde yiyin diyip kapıları çarparak ortamdan ayrıldı. Masalarda elimizi neye atsak kirliydi. Temiz bir bardak bulmak için bara gidip istedik. Hiçbir şekilde hizmet sektörüne yakışmıyor.

Non ho potuto dare zero perché non previsto. Sono dei truffatori. Siamo arrivati di sera stanchi con prenotazione effettuata, avevamo tre camere prenotate. Prima di darci le chiavi hanno preteso il pagamento cosa che abbiamo fatto per poi scoprire che le camere erano già state occupate ed avevano l'hotel pieno. Hanno cercato in tutti modi di non rimborsarci l'importo e solo dopo molte pressioni da parte di booking hanno rimborsato i soldi dopo quasi tre mesi. Oltre al danno di trovare una soluzione alternativa al pernotto. Da non andarci assolutamente.
