The room service was terrible. Hotel gave me wrong room, shifted downstairs to a room which was used and not cleaned. We had to accommodate a guest for which we paid extra as per hotel policy, but then they were repeatedly asking in restaurant for extra charges for the guest, which we already paid in full.

Stay not good, ammenties provided was used by previous customer. Staff also not attentive. Also there is condition of non refundable fees so there is no choice to stay there only.

Food, room, cleanness all good. However, bed were not comfortable. Having back pain. Not at all comfortable. They should change them. They are using old ones.

The rooms and restaurant were good. Extremely friendly and well behaved restaurant staff. I am giving low rating only because of front desk employees- gave wrong information about additional member stay, non cooperative for simple tasks, refusal to help with luggage and very poorly trained front desk people.

Faucet was leaking but they repaired it quick. We asked for room service which didn’t happen. There was no hot water. We ordered a coffee, the taste was average and the utensils weren’t washed. There were dead insects. The look of room per se was good.

Value for money stay. Food in bar is good, breakfast is also okay average one. Very stingy to give bottled water, i think they have target to sell water bottle of 1 liter at 44 rs plus tax, rooms are clean and kept in good condition

Fungal lung infections are the most difficult to remove. Protecting one's lungs from spores of mold is crucial for avoiding any kinds of allergies and health hazards. Unfortunately, that is what i got in the room. The room hit me with a moldy odor upon opening the door in the first instance. I immediately asked for an alternative room. That was also not made available. The ac vent was noisy. Every other hotel gives complementary mineral water bottles: this hotel didn't do so. I went to a pharmacy and got myself an n95 mask to protect my lungs from the spores of mold. By far, the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel stay.
