The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the poor cleaning apart from that the apartments themselves are great spacious good facilities and the red haired lady at reception is lovely always welcoming and a real pleasure. I would recommend you looked into cleaning standards apart from that will definitely book again . Many thanks Robin

I was very nervous about staying here as we booked before I read trip advisor. Lucky I work in this world and try to make up my own mind. We opened the door to the one bed apartment we booked and I was more than pleasantly surprised. The apartment had everything and more we needed for our three night stay, it smelt clean and fresh, on closer inspection it’s needed and good scrub behind sink and the floors were not very clean my socks were black! However, I’m not that fussy, they left cleaning supplies so just gave everything a good wipe. Belfast is a great city and if we ever returned I will certainly be booking this again. We paid the £100 deposit as I would in most hotels no questions asked. I don’t see why this is an issue to some people and the lady on reception was very helpful.

We stayed on the 23rd floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. At first sight it was lovely, views were stunning and well kitted out. At closer inspection the bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned for weeks, I had to use my shoe to lift the toilet seat! Poo remnants around the bowl and under seat. Nothing a good clean and bleach would have helped! No bin in the bathroom for sanitary items so had to leave a plastic bag on the floor! The bedroom was very dusty, windowsill was thick with dust and the wing ornaments were never cleaned for god knows how long. No mattress protection on bed so the mattress was dirty from previous stays. Carpets were filthy with splashes. Normally I would ***** the bed after a stay but thought why should I!!! Dishwasher was dirty. Cups and glasses put away dirty. Such a shame because the location was ideal and views were stunning.

Completamente inaffidabile. Pur avendo prenotato un appartamento in questa struttura tre mesi fa, e pur avendo tenuto stretti contatti fino a pochi giorni prima del nostro arrivo ( e ci è sempre stata data risposta positiva ai messaggi), il giorno prima dell'arrivo a Belfast e a poche ore dalla nostra partenza da casa, ci è stata notificata la cancellazione della prenotazione. Non ci è stata fornita nessuna sistemazione alternativa e nessuna risposta è stata data ai nostri messaggi di reclamo con la richiesta di un appuntamento in loco per conoscere le motivazioni di tale inaccettabile comportamento. Ad oggi non ci è stato fornito nessun ristoro per il disagio arrecatoci e per le maggiori spese sostenute a causa della cancellazione da parte di Dream Apartments.

A group of us were booked in here for a Hen Do, and the apartments were certainly not the most “dreamy,” however they did suit the occasion. Not the cleanest of places, and the staff were incredibly unhelpful. There were 14 people booked which included 2 sofa beds, however bedding was not provided for the sofa beds and they tried to charge us £25 for bedding hire, which would have to be collected from miles away, meaning we would also be spending a fortune on taxis. Thankfully we were there when the weather was around 20° so we improvised. But this was totally unfair. Handy for more of a party weekend, but even at that I won’t be back and will absolutely not be using this company for any more events in any area.

Had this apartment booked for a long weekend Thursday 5th September to Sunday 8th September. Supposed to fly in the morning at 7am and just received a phone call less than 12 hours until I fly to say they cannot accommodate my group as they have closed some rooms for the weekend. Good job I listened to the reviews on here and already booked other accommodation before they had time to leave me in a position with 11 people with no where to stay. Avoid booking you will just have disappointment and extra added stress to your trip because they WILL cancel your booking.

If a zero star was an option it would have been selected. Booked months in advance a 2 bed apartment for four of us going to a concert in the odyssey across the river. Arrived at reception to be told our apartment had been moved to St Thomas Hall on Lisburn road (miles from the odyssey and original apartment). No email, communication or anything received in advance of this. We were not the only people in reception receiving this news. No offer to pay for taxis, compensation or anything to help customers. Not the first time this has happened. Booked dream apartments at the obel for another concert back in June 2024 and they cancelled the booking a few weeks before. Thought we would give them another chance, more fool us. Do not ever give this place your custom or you will be extremely disappointed.

Cancelled at the last minute and they tried to fob us off to their "partners" where the price was double. It definitely seems a scam of sorts. I am so annoyed and she was so much looking forward to it. There should be a redress of sorts. Cowboys, stay away.

DO NOT BOOK. They cancelled accommodation for 14 people 2 days before we were due to arrive meaning we had to scramble around and pay significantly more for alternatives. The excuse given was pathetic and clearly this company are not able to operate their business properly.
