Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Alfred Street

Travelled as group of 3 couples. Stayed 3 nights. Good location. Asked for room to be cleaned but never was just put. Lean towels on chair. Staff at breakfast very slow and too busy eating their own breakfast. Tables not set ready. Had to ask for items to be re-stocked. Barman very unfriendly and refused to serve us as said bar was closed. However did serve another group after telling us bar was closed at 11 pm! Would not recommend.

Nice comfortable hotel in quiet street about a quarter mile from the city centre. Friendly staff, good bar and breakfast area. Clean bedroom and shower. Everything you expect from Premier Inn, nothing fancy, but safe and dependable at an affordable price.

Really friendly staff. Great location. Good food at a good price. I would strongly recommend it. There was a good selection of food on the menu for the evening meal and a good choice at the breakfast buffet. Good selection of beer and spirits at the bar at reasonable prices.

We went to the premier inn in October 2024 it is clean and tidy , the breakfast is typical for the standard of the hotel but is nice enough. The only two things that let it down for us were the rooms weren't cleaned even when we requested it and had to ask for clean towels . The other thing was we had a drink in the bar went to get another at 10.50 to be told it was shutting even though it stayed open till 12 .00 the other nights walked off to the lift only to see other guests getting served questioned it to be told we were being abusive we were totally baffled by it but we were going early next morning so we never got to the bottom of it .

Great location and base for exploring belfast city few minutes walk to city hall would recommend staying here. First time visit to Norn Iron for me and you didn't disappoint. Comfy beds you would expect and a warm Irish welcome. Breakfast great value and good choice. Would recommend

I stayed in this hotel (Premier Inn, Catherdral Quarter- Belfast) 1 week ago and unfortunately myself and my partner had the worst experience. We booked a meal deal, but when I tried to make contact with the hotel to give a time for our meal , no one answered. Therefore, I had to go into the restaurant on my arrival, to be met with complete hostility and ignorance. The front of house lady was very unhelpful & abrupt and could not accommodate us until a time that was not suitable as we were going to a concert. I understand if there is no availability, but it would make sense to allow the customer to book a time slot when they are booking a meal deal. We didn't get our meal deal and we are expecting a refund for that. I informed reception straight away and they said, we would have the refund the next morning. When I went to check out, the manager had no idea of this request . We have still not received our refund!! Our overnight stay was awful too as there was constant banging and noise from other rooms. Senior management would need to sort these issues plus address their restaurant staff and train them on how to deal with customers in a respectful manner.
