I stayed in this hotel (Premier Inn, Catherdral Quarter- Belfast) 1 week ago and unfortunately myself and my partner had the worst experience. We booked a meal deal, but when I tried to make contact with the hotel to give a time for our meal , no one answered. Therefore, I had to go into the restaurant on my arrival, to be met with complete hostility and ignorance. The front of house lady was very unhelpful & abrupt and could not accommodate us until a time that was not suitable as we were going to a concert. I understand if there is no availability, but it would make sense to allow the customer to book a time slot when they are booking a meal deal. We didn't get our meal deal and we are expecting a refund for that. I informed reception straight away and they said, we would have the refund the next morning. When I went to check out, the manager had no idea of this request . We have still not received our refund!! Our overnight stay was awful too as there was constant banging and noise from other rooms. Senior management would need to sort these issues plus address their restaurant staff and train them on how to deal with customers in a respectful manner.
