1. The hotel is rated three stars, and Ctrip rated it four diamonds. Please be careful to avoid unnecessary troubles when booking.
2. The order could not be found at the hotel, and the supplier management was chaotic
3. The hotel staff provided poor service. The front desk was changed three times in two nights, wasting a lot of time on check-in and check-out
