The room was relatively clean and quiet. I felt like I was staying at a temporary home for three days. Each door was a fire door. There was a problem with the door stopper in the living room. The most satisfying hotel on this trip to the UK. Located in the center of Belfast, it is a few minutes' walk from the City Hall, the meeting point for the Giant's Causeway day trip, and the bus meeting point to Dublin. This was the perfect location for our recent trip to Belfast! Super convenient, clean and has amenities that are ideal for staying for a few days - kitchen, laundry. I would suggest more detailed instructions on using the washer/dryer but have no complaints other than that it took us a minute to figure that out. There are so many great restaurants and shops to visit nearby.

Fab accommodation in a great location. Amanda met us on arrival and was so nice and friendly. Gave us some great advice on places/restaurants/pubs to visit. Was very helpful. Apartment was lovely, very modern and clean and everything you will need for your stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and adore the Rituals toiletries. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again!

We toured the UK and this was the best hotel by far. I loved everything about it. Nice, small apartment with everything you need. Responsive on-site service. Very friendly and clean. I wish there were more of these all over the UK.
