O quarto não possui tomadas perto da cama, apenas uma tomada no quarto e estava escondida, a outra tomada ficava no banheiro, o WI-FI é péssimo no 11º andar, a água quente não funcionava com frequência, as atendentes da recepção não são tão simpáticas, não davam nem bom dia.

Unico problema e arcondicionados tive tricar quarto pois o que estava nao gelava , fui para outro quarto ar-condicionado fazia muito ruido . Decepcionado com ar-condicionados

Gostei bastante do hotel. No entanto acho que o café poderia melhorar se tivesse uma tapioca recheada feita na hora. Algumas pessoas que trabalham no café não são simpáticas e respondem de má vontade as dúvidas.
