Администратор Юсов ужасный. Первый раз испортил настроение, сказав, что не видит наше бронирование. Когда мы сказали , что забронировали через Туту, сказал, что они с ними не работают🙄. Чтобы не портить настроение до выяснения обстоятельств, оплатили номер наличкой( вдвое дороже). С оплатой после 2 часов нервотрепки и выяснения отношений все же разобрались. На следующий день вечером встретил нас на повышенных тонах , со словами : выселяйтесь , у вас уже чекаут, ваше агентство оплатило только стоимость одного дня. Опять пришлось доплачивать, чтоб не портить настроение. У меня вопрос: почему приезжая отдыхать, мы должны решать денежные вопросы между отелем и агентством? Туту доплаченные деньги возместили без проблем. А вот этот нехороший человек на ресепшене испортил своим отношением все впечатление об отеле.

First time at Limak Arcadia, entertainment is very good, food is lovely and all staff are very welcoming, especially Jamal who made our experience here much better :) Would definitely come back with our family again. Can’t wait to return next year!

Worst holiday ever hotel manager was so rude! No one can speak English! It's full of Russians and Ukrainians! I had 3 weeks there 3 days would of been to long 😞 Every day it was just chicken the food was horrible!! Never ever again It's Put me of going back to turkey

Stayed here one night as our flights had been cancelled. Great hotel for its star rating. All staff very friendly and approachable. Special thanks to Bora & Yasin for looking after us. We checked in very late at night, but we were made to feel welcome and totally safe. Breakfast was a decent spread, no complaints. Overall great stay and served its purpose! Thankyou Ceres Hotel.

Отдыхали с 21 по 29 июля 2024 г. 1) Вместо большого автобуса вас заталкивают в маленькую 12 местую переделанную машину, забивали по 20-27 человек. Часть мест-лавки в багажнике. Нам было сказано, что бензин дорогой, поэтому автобуса не будет. Страшно представить что было бы с людьми при резком торможении. 2) Всё включено-это только условно: напитки в баре выдаются лимитированно. Даже химозный юппи наливает бармен, чай приходилось наливать в холле, т.к. основной бойлер в столовой отключали. Молока часто просто не было и даже хлопья на завтрак выставлялись без него. Менеджер отеля Юсуф, который вначале представлялся хозяином отеля, грубит постояльцам. После составлении жалобы на трансфер менеджер отеля пытался выселить людей, вел себя очень агрессивно, размахивал руками и грозился за это вызвать полицию. Мы были в шоке от такого поведения. 3) Отель не ориентирован на детей. Впервые увидели, что турков могут раздражать дети! Бильярд давали играть только взрослым, если 15 летние подростки хотели поиграть, им отказывали. Мы брали для детей под свою отвествстенность, но стоило отлучиться, как Юсуф тут же разгонял детей и отбирал мячи. 4) В первую нашу ночь в отеле сработала пожарная сигнализация, был сильный запах горелой проводки. Никаких разьяснений от отеля о данной ситуации мы не получили. В целом отель чистый и это плюс. Номер тоже чистый, но от кондиционера сильно пахло сыростью. Также для 3* питание вполне сносное, мясо давали не каждый день, в основном гарниры и овощи.

We booked one week here, and it really wasn't good. It's clean and the beds are comfy. But, that's where it ends. It's situated in the middle of two very busy roads, and that is all you can hear all day and night. The food is very sparse and is poor quality. When it runs out, it's gone and the restaurant guy just stands and watches you. If you want a drink you have to go get it. The staff speak no English and have to use there phone to speak to you. There really rude and spent the week telling us and other guests off. The drinks are beer or vodka as it caters for Russians. Your not allowed any food or drinks in the room. It's more like a motel than a holiday place. There is absolutely no nice atmosphere here. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Отдыхали в июле, первое впечатление от отеля хорошее (для тройки отлично). Отель в 30 минутах от аэропорта. Разместили в номер, чистый, с балконом- в целом уютно. Удивлением стал трансфер, в который не помещаются все отдыхающие с первого раза. Пляж общественный, весь в окурках, к остальному вопросов нет (лежаки бесплатные, всегда есть свободные). Обращались в администрацию и к гиду с проблемой трансфера, чтоб изменили условия-проблему не решили. По еде ассортимент минимальный, но повар готовит очень вкусно. Разнообразия фруктов нет, морепродуктов тоже (но это же тройка, поэтому нормально). Развлечь себя можно только прогулкой по городу, в отеле нет ни-че-го, кроме бильярдного стола. Отдых с детьми в этом отеле- категорически нет. Отель хорош для отдыха не более 5 дней, но трансфер до моря портит все впечатления, если ситуацию управленцы не изменят- делать там нечего, тем более в 40-градусную жару.
