A mixed party of eight golfing friends stayed here for a week in mid November. It was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly staff, lovey rooms and facilities. It was all inclusive with the best food any of us had ever tasted and a great range of beverages. We’ll be back!

With ease, the best hotel that I have stayed at. All staff were most helpful. The standard and variety of food was at the highest level. The rooms were excellent and cleaned perfectly each day. Seriously good.

We’ve had a wonderful week in Gloria Serenity. It’s not a first time there and we don’t doubt about our next time definitely there again. Very friendly staff ( especially guest relations - Madina). Lots of “ a la cart restaurants “, fantastic view, lots of sports interments ( from 0-99 ), great music, bands and disco ( in summer time ). Thanks for our wonderful time there

Das Hotel ist immer zu empfehlen, netter Service, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Wir waren bereits zum 5. Mal in diesem Hotel, daher muss es wohl gut sein. Das AI ist sehr gut, eine sehr gute Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen.

Servis, temizlik, yemekler, ürün çeşitliliği mükemmel, çalışanlar çok özverili, girişten çıkışa kadar çok iyi ağırlandık, aktivite az ama kasım ayı için normal, Ankaradan gelecekler için yeni açılan beyşehir yolu yolculugu çok kısaltıyor.

Nice hotel with excellent service, special thanks to Alyona from reception. Tasty meals, warmed swimming pool, nice big area. Many kinds of menu, differs every day, lot of fruins, sweets, fish and meat are there. Several levels of rooms and villas for any budget, but not cheap, of course.

We have just returned from another lovely week at Gloria Serenity and nothing has changed at the hotel since last year.The service,food amenities and staff are just superb and I cannot recommend the hotel strongly enough. Go there and see for yourselves. However the only fly in the ointment was the golf side of matters.We had been booked two rounds on the Old course,two on the New and one at the National.Whilst the buggies were overpriced (€40 each,€50 at the National) we were quite happy until our last day when we were switched without warning or explanation from the New to the Old course.Our voucher clearly stated we were booked on the New and any changes should have been notified.So we were obliged to play THREE rounds on the Old which is to our minds an inferior course to the New. Proper sand in the bunkers on the New for one thing. What a shame.

Отдыхали в сентябре, сразу скажу, что были в отеле в третий раз и радует, что отель не снижает планку, все также достойно. Встречают гостей очень приветливо на улице у трансфера, по анкете - на диванчиках только дополнить некоторую информацию и подписать, все очень быстро. На ресепшене очень оперативно помогли решить инцидент с нашей сумкой и туроператором , очень благодарны Карине и Ране. Все пожелания по номеру учли и заселили уже в 10.00, при полной заполняемости отеля, и это тоже плюс работе ресепшена. По номеру нареканий нет, убирались нормально, пополняли косметику и минибар каждый день. Немного поменялась концепция по барам, кое-что убрали, поменяли коктейли. Очень понравился POLObar, там всегда спокойно и работает замечательный бармен ÇETIN. В ночном баре Charlie Parker на втором этаже работает очень позитивный и доброжелательный MEHMET , делает очень вкусные коктейли. Бар на пирсе немного разочаровал, по сравнению с 2022 годом, ходили туда только пару раз, хотя очень душевно посидеть за стойкой с просеко в окружении шума морских волн. Ресторан на пляже опять порадовал вкусным сибасом и очень вкусным Сан Себастьяном с вишневым вареньем, обслуживание быстрое, доброжелательное, очень стараются, официант ŞEVAT всегда подходил и спрашивал «Что еще хотите». Вообще, все официанты очень старались, часто приходилось им отвечать «Все хорошо)))». Но на завтраке на улице конечно присутствует минус, после длительного ожидания приходилось самим идти заказывать чай, хорошо, что фрэш можно в столовой налить самим. Но только на завтраке…, в обед и вечером все быстро. Очень удобно работает гриль на улице, заказ приносят к столику., рыба замечательная, но мясной стейк жестковат, например в итальянском на обед гораздо вкуснее. На пляже почти всегда есть свободные лежаки, отдыхающих с детьми очень много, дети повсюду, не хватало конечно небольшой зоны 16+ для более тихого отдыха.

Our stay at Gloria Serenity Resort was amazing! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, with direct access to a pristine beach that we absolutely loved. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options, and the à la carte restaurants added a unique touch to our dining experience. The hotel program kept us entertained, and the lush, peaceful environment made it feel like paradise. A special thanks to Zeynel, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. His attentive and friendly service made our experience even better. We highly recommend Gloria Serenity Resort and can’t wait to return!
