Papillon Ayscha Resort & Spa

Very good hotel! The food was simply amazing. With multiple restaurants on-site, each offered a different country experience, and we never ran out of new dishes to try. The drinks were perfect, and the bartenders were skilled at making everything from classic cocktails to more creative options. The only minus is pool beds, which fully gets reserved till 9 am. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back. Five stars all the way!

At the moment, my family and I are in a hotel and we will not come here again, we stayed at papillon aysha with my family one year ago and it was really nice. this year everything has become worse, the room is very small, dirty, the beds are bad, the pools are cold, the food is not tasty. One of our child was poisoned. Unsanitary conditions. I don't recommend this hotel and never again .

Nice place, lovely personall, special pool bar and MUSTAFA, he is the best. The food was very good and tasty, very good and interesting evening show. It Should be better cleaning in rooms, a lot places in room looks like cleande long time ago.

Great hotel and absolutely immaculate! Pros: 1. Food - Great variety to choose from and good quality 2. Drinks - Excellent variety including branded premium drinks. Be sure to ask for drinks by the brand name like "Absolut" instead of asking for vodka or you may get a local brand. Even name your mixer as what they call lemonade is not what we in the UK call lemonade. Once I knew I asked for Absolut and Sprite and got a proper vodka and lemonade every time. 3. Pool - Excellent, not overcrowded at all and always found a sunbed any time of day! 4. Staff - 99% very friendly and polite. Martini bar - All staff polite but OMID from Iran stood out from the rest. Exceptional barman who remembered my drinks and even cooled my glass with ice before pouring my Becks. He also made exceptional cocktails and made them entertaining!! He should be the lead barman of the hotel! Look forward to seeing you again OMID ! Sadly Sarah told us you was off on our last night so didn't get a chance to say goodbye. Safran Turkish Restaurant - Sarah was extremely friendly and informative. Made our evening special. Pool bar - Roller blade guy was excellent and so friendly as was Mustafa who worked really hard to please us! Reception - One guy was so rude to me when I asked if my lost sunglasses had been handed in. He practically shouted NO go to customer relations!! When I asked where it was he pointed and shouted behind the lifts, as if I was to know where it was. He let the whole hotel down and was the only impolite member of staff. Luckily I would not judge the hotel based on one person who may have been having a bad day. Cons: 1. Men walking around lobby area and in lifts wearing nothing but speedos. Should not be allowed. Also people eating in the food court with no tops on. Not nice when you want to eat. Dress code inside hotel and food court should insist on at least a t shirt. Maybe that's just me but would make it feel more 5 star. Conclusion: Plenty of restaurants and bars, Immaculately clean and nice pool. What more do you want? We never really normally like going to the same place twice but maybe ready to come back next year. Would highly recommend to anyone considering booking this hotel. A week was not enough!
