The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.
Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

Teren bardzo rozległy, zielony, część antyczna skomponowana w architekturę hotelu, co uważam podnosi piękno tego miejsca! W pokoju łóżko King size, bardzo wygodne, widok na morze, jak dla par wystarczające. Łazienka czysta, prysznic i wanna w jednym. Pokoje na bieżąco sprzątane. Minibar wypełniany codziennie. W restauracji obsługa i jedzenie bardzo dobre w moim smaku! Wszystkiego ponad full! Plaża czysta, na bieżąco sprzątana, molo i bar na molo bardzo dobry. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i uśmiechnięta! W każdej chwili do dyspozycji. Bardzo dziękuję całemu zespołowi Guest Relations, bardzo pomocni! W 100% a nawet wyżej polecam z całego serca hotel na wczasy i wypoczynek od dnia codziennego. Myślę, że w następnym roku też wybierzemy się do hotelu Xanadu Resort!
