There are no paper towels in the room, the TV responds very slowly, and you can't even click on a few channels. The bottled water seems to lower the quality of the hotel. Can't you change it to something that looks better? After all, it's a hotel like James Joyce. Not only is there good mineral water for you to drink, but you can also drink Coke, Sprite, and Fanta for free. The situation immediately opened up. The most important thing is the shower. Upon arrival we asked the reception staff for places to visit. The manager took the trouble to find out our interests and very kindly wrote down the names of the places for us. Another reception staff Ms Jenny Tang also helped to locate a shop where we could buy dragon beard and booked us a didi there. Service was warm and personal without being obtrusive. The good service extended to the room service staff who were friendly and very obliging when we asked for more towels for a late checkout. The hotel itself had a beautiful swimming pool. My son used the gym which he said was very well-kept and spacious. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was of a good size and everything worked. Overall, a highly recommended hotel in Beijing. Thank you for your kind service!

Location of hotel rather hard to find. The entrance is on the side of the building with no car entry. Had to walk with luggage around the building to find the entrance. Receptionist does not know much English. Area is near to a pub at next door building. There’s many food stalls nearby. An enclosed park just opposite the hotel. Room window is not openable. Room is average but cleanliness is good. Room is spacious. Overall Considered ok for this price range.

The room is clean, the bed is dry and not damp, my parents are very happy staying here! It was my mother's birthday, and the guy at the front desk upgraded the room type, thank you very much! A big compliment to the fat guy with glasses at the front desk 😃👍

Booked a total of 6 nights at this homestay apartment. Apart from what the convenience and accessibility of the apartment’s location has to offer, the cleanliness along with the amenities the apartment provide would be the only dealbreaker that does not match up with the price-performance ratio. The rooms may look modern and stylish from the images they provide, but in actual fact it is filthy and dusty with the fixtures like the toilet door, tiles appearing to fall apart and give way anytime soon. One example would be the sofa as shown in the picture that was apparently not well-maintained. Paints were also peeling off from the ceiling that landed on our clothings. The fridge’s interior was also stained and dirty. Furthermore, we found something like an “ancient dinosaur egg” under the sofa and were amused by it. We also encountered difficulties in setting the temperature of the aircon that doesn’t seem to work despite numerous attempts. 2 days prior to checking out of the apartment, hot water supply was abruptly cut off while I was bathing at night. Nevertheless, the staff in charge were pretty friendly in explaining to us the cause of the issue. Overall it is quite a decent stay despite being costly, I would think that at this price point, I could have had found a better accommodation somewhere in the same district, and not pay S$700 for 6 nights here. 基本上还行，业主的服务态度很不错，但主要还是败在卫生上。整体上只要你不嫌太脏，还是能住的。空调得修一下，温度根本就调不了，即使调到了你要的温度，它还是会跳回原来的状态。唯一好的两点是这间住宿便捷的地点以及业主优越的服务态度。 性价比方面非常低，要按这个价格来谈，有太多方面需要去注意和提升。 感谢业主这一周的招待，谢谢！

The location of the hotel is good, it is in a commercial and busy area. The reception is on the 6th floor of a commercial building. The front desk doesn't speak a word of English, check-in and check-out was difficult. The room is very new, the furniture is modern and nice. The shower in the room they gave me had been used recently as the floor was wet. Despite being a hotel that smoking is prohibited, the smell of cigarettes is evident throughout the hotel. When you turn on the air conditioning, the smell of cigarettes gets worse. The breakfast is totally Chinese, there is no juice and no variety of fruits, in short, it is not worth it, as there are several options in the region. In summary, I do not recommend this hotel.

A very cost-effective Samsung hotel in the prime location of Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The overall feeling is good. It is just above the SOHO shopping mall, which is very convenient. There is a Western-style steakhouse and other restaurants next door to the hotel. The hotel has a unique design style.

I will definitely stay at Intercontinental in Sanlitun Beijing again. I am a frequent traveller and it’s been one of the best stays I’ve had. The location is great, the room is new and spacious, the bed is also very comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. The one that stood out was Hardy who helped us book restaurants, made sure we had a smooth check in and check out. He was very kind and caring to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you and we highly recommend any of our friends to stay at Intercontinental Sanlitun in Beijing.

I rarely comment, but this place is really good. The environment is good, the sound insulation is good, the rooms are good, the service is good, and the hygiene is good. It's really great. The most important thing to mention is that the service of the lady at the front desk is so sweet, her voice is sweet, and she looks good. Beautiful, very patient, and didn’t say anything else. I give you a big thumbs up, and I will stay at your place next time I come back.

This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained
