It is close to the station. There is a subway next to it, which is very convenient for transportation. The hotel also has a route planning map. The front desk service is also very good. If you have any problems, they will solve them. There are all toiletries. It is recommended to stay!

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk from Guomao station line 1 exit C. The traffic lights crossing on the way to the hotel was quite an adventure especially on my first day there. Their price is one of the lowest in the CBD area and they accept foreigners. Basic needs are met. I could not turn on the tv but i was fine without it. Initially i was worried after reading the negative reviews but it turned out better than expected.

The hotel rooms have many styles. It is very convenient to travel with children. It is very close to Shuangjing Station of Metro Line 7 and has convenient transportation. There are also various restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is especially convenient for finding food at night. The clerk's service is warm and attentive, the price is affordable, the space in the room is not overwhelming, and there is also a professional robot to deliver items, which is really good~

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.

Booked a total of 6 nights at this homestay apartment. Apart from what the convenience and accessibility of the apartment’s location has to offer, the cleanliness along with the amenities the apartment provide would be the only dealbreaker that does not match up with the price-performance ratio. The rooms may look modern and stylish from the images they provide, but in actual fact it is filthy and dusty with the fixtures like the toilet door, tiles appearing to fall apart and give way anytime soon. One example would be the sofa as shown in the picture that was apparently not well-maintained. Paints were also peeling off from the ceiling that landed on our clothings. The fridge’s interior was also stained and dirty. Furthermore, we found something like an “ancient dinosaur egg” under the sofa and were amused by it. We also encountered difficulties in setting the temperature of the aircon that doesn’t seem to work despite numerous attempts. 2 days prior to checking out of the apartment, hot water supply was abruptly cut off while I was bathing at night. Nevertheless, the staff in charge were pretty friendly in explaining to us the cause of the issue. Overall it is quite a decent stay despite being costly, I would think that at this price point, I could have had found a better accommodation somewhere in the same district, and not pay S$700 for 6 nights here. 基本上还行，业主的服务态度很不错，但主要还是败在卫生上。整体上只要你不嫌太脏，还是能住的。空调得修一下，温度根本就调不了，即使调到了你要的温度，它还是会跳回原来的状态。唯一好的两点是这间住宿便捷的地点以及业主优越的服务态度。 性价比方面非常低，要按这个价格来谈，有太多方面需要去注意和提升。 感谢业主这一周的招待，谢谢！

A very cost-effective Samsung hotel in the prime location of Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The overall feeling is good. It is just above the SOHO shopping mall, which is very convenient. There is a Western-style steakhouse and other restaurants next door to the hotel. The hotel has a unique design style.

This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained

They are all out for fun. Since I am here, I must give a good review, not for the sake of anything else but for everyone to have a good choice. To sum up, 3 of his hotels are good and 3 are bad. 1 Good: The hotel is in a good location, 500 meters away from the subway station, which is very convenient. In a place as big as Beijing, with a good location, you can save yourself the last mile of walking. 2 Good: The service attitude is good. I stayed for 2 nights and experienced 3 waiters, all of whom had very good attitudes. 3 Good: The thoughtful details are good. There are many samples prepared in the hotel lobby, including disposable toilet covers, toilet water, glasses cloth, and alcohol wipes. 1 Bad: The brightness of the room is poor. It’s not that the lighting is bad but that the window is too small. I chose a location near the window. It's not an aisle window, but the window is small like a warehouse window. Let me show you a picture. With such a small window, it is still on the first floor, so the ventilation must be poor. Can it not be damp at the same time? It's too wet to sleep well, it feels very uncomfortable. 2 Poor: The room is in poor hygiene. There are women's hair under the bedside table, which has not been cleaned. There is half a sofa in the room, which has been dirty for a long time and is not very clean. 3 Poor: The soundproofing of the hotel is poor. We stayed in the back room. There were very few people living in the room on the first floor, so we slept well. However, this does not mean that the soundproofing is good. In the afternoon, the housekeeper was cleaning the door while I slept. I could hear it very clearly, just like I was in the room. The only thing I can honestly say is that there are a few pictures and I don’t like taking pictures very much. hope its good for U.S..

Excellent location with the Rainbow mall next to hotel and another smaller mall close by. Metro is also a few minutes away so easy to navigate the sights of Beijing. Much appreciation to Elaine in particular and also Mark who worked in the restaurant and assisted my sister during breakfast. She has strict dietary restrictions and they both ensured she had plenty of food and it was suitable for her needs, so thank you both! Hotel lobby and hallways are attractive but room is run down and could do with renovation, the age is showing, however it was manageable for 4 nights. Bedding was changed after two nights, that was appreciated. For 200 extra per night, I added breakfast for two and we had evening snacks/smaller dinner in the executive lounge which was great value. Overall it wouldn’t be my first choice because of the room but customer service from the restaurant and location were both superb!
