環境不錯，服務很好

酒店有超大的室內小童遊樂場，我家寶兒正正玩了兩個小時不要走。管家服務值得一提，Vivian入住前一天就聯繫了我們，注意事項温馨提示等等，讓我和家人都賓至如歸，店內餐飲遊玩一條龍，帶娃省心，管家還為我們發送了小童活動的安排，非常豐富，帶娃短期出遊首選！

非常滿意的一次旅行。帶着父母和寶寶入住酒店。管家Amy非常貼心。提前電話聯繫，到店後提前準備好房間，前台迎接，入住期間各種温馨提示，幫忙提前點餐等等。我定的是親子客房，房間小童用品提供的非常全面。小童洗髮沐浴，踩腳凳，馬桶，拖鞋，浴袍，一應俱全。娛樂設施也很豐富。小童樂園超級大。一晚沒住夠果斷續住了一晚。下次再來！

入住體驗感不錯，設施很齊全，温泉也很多

時隔五年再次去海灣半山，上次去還是大寶3歲，這次二寶都3歲了。因為已經去過好幾次了，酒店各方面確實很好，很滿意，這次單獨點評下顧問Amy。 1、顏值擔當（應該是所有顧問中顏值最高的，且氣質很好，知性）； 2、提前幾天就聯繫了，提前告知了酒店的親子活動、天氣情況、入住訊息。因為是週六，前一波客人退房較晚，但是Amy提前為我們預留好了房間，12點多到酒店，就辦理了入住。 3、因為降温，酒店當天中午12點才開始供暖，多次詢問房間温度是否合適，還送來了取暖器； 4、給孩子準備了蛋糕、多送了幾瓶礦泉水、幫忙預約了晚餐； 5、第二天細緻入微關心早餐，真的非常敬業。 給你點100個贊。

A little suggestion, because it is an outdoor hot spring, it is still cold in winter, and it is easier to catch a cold. The hotel can provide some medicine to prevent colds. In addition, there are only two restaurants, the price is expensive, and there are many people in the evening. You have to wait for a number. It is recommended to set up more restaurants. There is nothing else to complain about. I also want to thank Miss Luna for her enthusiastic service. She kept in touch with me before I went. My husband’s birthday was coming, and Sister Luna also helped us provide red wine and decorated the room with a little surprise. It was really warm-hearted to provide all kinds of help! I will come again when the weather gets warmer🥰🥰

房間還可以吧，真心不建議週末去，人太多，送的娛樂項目不是預約不上，就是人太多，也沒有管家提前聯繫，服務和價格不成正比。湯泉池也是也多，水也不太乾淨。最重要的是泡完温泉還要回房間沖洗，就是幾個湯泉池孤零零的在室外，沒有沖淋等配套設施。這個價位可以在市內找個頂好的温泉館了，不值得二刷
