1、空調沒有暖氣 將空調調到三十一度還是冷風 等很久很久才一點點暖 整間屋子沒暖氣
2、洗澡花灑水極小，告知後，第二天也是如此，絲毫沒有改變
3、由於去環球影城太冷了一整天，屋子也不暖，洗澡也水小，所以才決定在浴缸裡泡澡，但是放手的時候浴缸是漏水的！屋子裡全部都是水！！！浴缸是拍攝嗎？ 我們並不知道浴缸漏水，也沒有告知我們！
4、我們告知商家，商家問我們說有什麼需要幫助的？屋子已經滿是水了 鞋子也濕了，她並不是主動提出幫助，而是要我們自己去樓下拿拖鞋？然後地上全是水也並沒有提出要幫助我們吸乾！還是我們自己找東西吸乾！商家只是嘴巴上說不好意思，但是根本沒有做過實際行動的不好意思！
5、洗手間並不是幹濕分離就算了，但是馬桶離玻璃板特別特別近，根本就沒辦法正面向前坐著！
這樣的設施還要六百多兩晚？雖然很近環球影城，但是地理位置特別的偏僻，打車都要拐很多彎進來！
下次來環球影城我絕對不會再住這間民宿！

這裏的環境真的太好了，比圖片的還漂亮，房間裏的衞生也很乾凈，還有一些小零食，餓了可以充饑，管家大姐很熱情，還幫着拿行李，洗衣機也是很給力，去哪打車都很方便，給店家一個大大的贊👍

民宿的位置還是挺好的，離環球影城也比較近，院子也比較温馨比較舒服，特別是那幾衹小貓太可愛了！房間裏的環境衞生也可以。非常整潔！
