Hotels Near Hexie Square in Beijing

We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

Really friendly and helpful staff who helped me to check in and pay a cab driver as a did not have the correct payment method. They really went out of their way to make me comfortable and I really appreciate it as a foreigner! Room was clean enough for me to be comfortable (8/10) but there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom after I showered. A good distance to the airport, 20-25 min journey from terminal 2. I feel like the building is may not fully finished, but good enough for now.

Service: After entering the hotel, the front desk staff received us warmly, asked us about our preferences, and arranged a relatively quiet room for us. Environment: The hotel decoration style is very modern, the room is smart, and the sense of technology is overwhelming. It can be controlled without hands, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room is cleaned very cleanly, without dust accumulation, and the corners are also well cleaned. There is no odor in the bathroom, which is still worthy of praise! Facilities: It should be a newly opened hotel. All facilities are very complete. The hotel provides free parking spaces, and the breakfast variety is also rich. The stay experience is full.

It is an older hotel in need of a refresh. That said the rooms are large with a nice large comfortable bed. It had both a bath and shower. Breakfast is basic but enough for what you need. The only down side is no coffee or tea only soy milk. The best thing was the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of food options very close to the hotel. I would stay here again

Foreigners can stay at this hotel, and the rooms are just like the photos. The AC didn’t work, and only blew hot air, so we had to turn it off. When we arrived, our room didn’t have toilet paper or toothbrushes. The next day, room service came and provided them for us. Also, there are stains and splashes here and there on the walls in the room. It’s clean enough to feel comfortable, but not immaculate. The front desk was helpful. It was a comfortable stay overall. We were just staying while we were waiting for our flight, and since there are many banks and restaurants in walking distance, the location of the hotel was excellent. For transit purposes, we’d stay there again 👍

Good, worth recommending

After attending a friend's wedding 💒 We really felt that this hotel was good and cost-effective. Every front desk service is very good and very warm. I can feel that their active service service is super good. The young ladies on duty at different times at the front desk are super polite and caring. Breakfast can also be eaten here. It is very rich. I also took a few pictures. The lobby is magnificent. Sitting in the lobby at night and enjoying it is very awkward. The room is clean and tidy. Safety facilities are also in place. The first choice for Dashunyi.

Breakfast is clean and hygienic with many varieties, complete room facilities, timely room service, and smiling service at the front desk. I feel at home and the business is proficient. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised can be solved attentively. Although the hotel is near the airport, it does not feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it next time. In particular, Ms. Wang at the front desk is warm and hospitable, and the thoughtful service is impressive. I will still choose this hotel for my next business trip, and I will also recommend my friends to stay in this hotel. Enjoy five-star treatment in a four-star hotel. My room is 20 square meters with a moderate area. The hotel environment, service and meals are of high standards. The quiet small garden and lobby are always playing elegant and soft music, which makes us happy. If we encounter some problems, the hotel manager can also solve them in time. Guests feel relieved and at ease living here, and there is a good price-performance ratio, a good choice!

Huge, clean room and beautiful view. Their staff was very good as I mentioned very well my concern on hygiene of the room especially I got bad sinus and sensitive towards smoke and dust. She gave us the highest floor, 6th room. We just rest in the hotel and had our dinner at one of their western restaurant. Very nice mushroom soup and creamy pasta with ham (forget to take photo). We saw beautiful brown sea jelly in the glass, one of the waiter brought us two more different color sea jellies. How nice he is!😄 Transport was awesome. 5 mins away from Beijing Capital International Airport. One of the hotel staff and driver helped us to carry the luggage up as we have 3 big luggages. The driver informed us very well where we can go in. Big airport and we need at least 30 minutes to walk and clear immigration. Conclusion : Very professional and good. We will book again if we come back Beijing.

There is a buffet for breakfast, the porridge is delicious
