Staffs are very friendly, especially the waitperson in at the breakfast section. She was very warm and welcoming. She noticed my kids were coughing and she made warm honey drink for them. Room was big and comfortable. Towels were individually wrapped for use. Very clean. It was a wonderful and pleasant stay.

The room was nicely designed and nothing can beat that location! Everything was clean* and people were very respectful. The only minuses would be the slightly cigarette smell in the room and the clogged shower drain, but of those 2, the shower drain was the bigger problem, and it is easy to fix. (and, of course, a small fridge would do wonders, but I believe it is not that common in Chinese hotels)

Whether it is subway or bus, you can basically go directly to where you want to go. The subway is right outside, and Xizhimen Station is the transfer station for subway lines 2, 4, and 13. It is highly recommended for the elderly and children. It is very convenient to eat and order takeout around. Thirdly, the hotel service staff have a very good sense of service. Although it is during the National Day, every staff member from the doorman to the lobby will answer the guests' questions with a smile. Finally, thank Yang Xing'ai and Gong Liwen in the lobby bar for being very patient with children.

Very convenient location, the hotel is located at a popular district Xidan, near the famous Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing street. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Xidan station exit F1. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM. The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM. The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

The hostel is very nice. Staff is polite and friendly, you can leave your luggage at the check-in desk if you arrive early. There’s a cafe downstairs with a quiet dining area. There is also a shared terrace on the 4th floor, where you can chill and enjoy the view.
