We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

The room is generally good, the curtains have good blackout effect, the floor heating is very hot, so you don't need to cover yourself with a quilt when you sleep at night. The service staff is very nice and polite. The elevator was broken for two days and was not repaired. It is worth the price.

Hotel very good location, MRT in front of the hotel easily to get Taxi or train. Staff can call taxi for you. Room was clean and the bed very big, in the winter you must book the room with windows because the air-conditioned in the room can't be lower than 23 degree (in case you feel like need airtime).opposite the hotel have noodles restaurant, bakery shop and fruits , grocery shops, if you walk a little more you will see McDonald's, KFC , New world Shopping mall. Next time I will stay here again.

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

The hotel is located around the corner from Wangfujing street, about 5 minutes by walking. The hotel lobby decor is a bit old, but the rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functioning well. The breakfast buffet was ok, but repetitive after a few days. Overall this hotel is a good choice for travellers looking for an affordable and dependable accommodation that is close to most tourist attractions in Beijing.

Nice small hotel very close to shopping street and metro station. Clean. Friendly atmosphere. Okay breakfast for me as an European citizen. Very comfortable bed. Only one negative thing - but not so important - is that the hotel have only one elevator. I do recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in Beijing. In front of employees speak english and too kindly. The room had window. We ordered baby bed and they’ve alteady prepared it. We stayed 6th floor and the place is very clean and calm. We didnt eat in there, but the lobby’s menu was too expensive, so i didnt buy anything. We stayed 5 days and room service was very good. Thank you all team :)

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel in Beijing, located just a short walk from the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street. The location couldn't have been more convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail that made the space feel both welcoming and luxurious. A special thanks to the staff for their excellent service and attention to detail. The communication in English was outstanding, which made my stay even more comfortable.
