The innovation of paper cups and paper covers 5. The geographical location is superior The shortcomings are 1. There is not too much dust/dirty in the gaps or corners of the tatami 2. The hotel’s free supplies are not in place (two bottles of mineral water + soap) 3. The hotel service is not in place (hot water is not available) Take it outside the house but don’t need to burn it yourself + take the comb and toothbrush outside the house) 4. There are no disposable slippers (potential athlete’s foot/skin peeling risk) although there are general sandals 5. The sound insulation is poor, but the personal room is not a big problem 6. Air conditioning There is always a small bright spot that disturbs sleep 7. The bathroom is a little small, I personally like a separate shower room 8. The air circulation in the windowless room needs to be improved 9. The network signal is sometimes a little weak, and sometimes it is necessary to change the network 10. Although i don't think there are many famous places nearby, for our trip the location was excellent! The room was not so big, but it was nice and clean! Would stay again.

This is the first time I stayed in this kind of inn. It was very comfortable, the environment was very good, the service was very good, the front desk lady answered all our questions, it was really good, the bed was very comfortable, the sheets were very clean, and the bathroom was also very clean! Overall it was very good!!!

The space is very private, air-conditioned, and the environment is relatively quiet. It’s pretty good among the youth hostels in Beijing and you can stay there permanently. You can also take a shower and brush your teeth. There is also warm and hot water to drink.

I have been a regular at Ariva for last 10 years. It’s a 4 star property which you could easily mistake for 5 star, but that was before the pandemic. After the pandemic, their service quality had dropped significantly. We returned to China and had 5 pieces of big suitcase plus additional hand luggage. Guess what, we were told there is no person who can help us to carry the luggage to our rooms. After repeated reminder, one boy named Tommy who looked like a trainee helped to carry the luggage to the room. Same thing happened at checkout. The reception person was straight and honest “we don’t have a person available who can help you with the luggage”. I had to take 4 rounds to carry the luggage down by myself. And we are talking of a property which is rated as 4 star!! I felt sad, perhaps the hotel had a hard time during the pandemic and was still recovering from bad financial situation that they don’t have full service staff yet. The reception staff, all were trainees from colleges. In terms of facilities, its still a good place. They have swimming pool, gym, spa and every room I have stayed here is spacious and has a bathtub. I have always loved their Aviva center on 6th floor which has DIY kitchen and laundry area which helps if you are staying for long duration or are traveling with kids. I haven’t lost faith and hope Ariva will have its glory days once again.

I slept very well. The mattress in the room was very comfortable. It can accommodate foreign friends. I have been to many hotels that could not accommodate them. The subway station is not far downstairs, which makes travel very convenient. There are also washing machines and dryers, and they are all free. The attitude of Xiao Han at the front desk is also very good. Check-in is also very fast. There are power banks at the front desk, and there is a free luggage room for luggage storage.

This hostel is fine for solo travellers. It was clean and service was good, a little bit distant but Subway is within 1 km. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Cons: Personally I didn't like this hotel and won't go back. There were random pieces of mismatching furniture lined up along the wall, and just in general very old hotel, but charging 1.8k per night is completely disproportionate, if rooms were around 700 you can't complain. Pros: Breakfast buffet had good choice and the outside garden was really nice! Hotel allowed me to cancelled our second night even thought it was originally not cancellable. Much appreciated!!

very cute and lovely hotel for a couple, front desk doesn't really speak english but with a little understanding of chinese u can easily pass through it. you're also able to choose your room yourself and switch rooms every single day to check the others out. bathtub was really nice, sadly in one of the rooms the bathtub was slightly broken as the water was more room temp. theres also a mirror on top of the bed, which was interesting. the area wasn't bad and it was just easy to get around. will definitely go here again!

Brand new. Everything looks great. Bar drink , price affordable. The twins room is very comfortable, say 30m2 large. The breakfast is very very good. The service officer of the hotel is super nice. Nevertheless, I don’t expect that the power cable and the power tower is adjacent to the hotel. There is the 西小口 station in 8-10 minutes walking. Take additional transportation time for going to the city center.
