The room was pretty good, overall I was satisfied. The design of the wash basin in the bathroom is a bit awkward. The boiling water will splash around and you will get wet. If you turn it on small, the water column will be close to the wash basin, making it impossible to remove it. The bathroom floor drain will smell bad. The private soup is very good, the pool is big and the water is good. It would be better if there was a screen on the door leading to the private bath. After staying for two consecutive days, the cleaning was not timely enough. I had to call the waiter myself. Because it was designed as a senior apartment, there was no phone in the room, which was not very convenient.

If you want to go to the North Sixth Ring Road, Huilongguan is nearby. It is very convenient to have supper and breakfast here. The hotel is also close to the subway entrance. I came out of the subway entrance at 11 o'clock and walked for 10 minutes. The hotel and the room are still good. There is also a long table on the first floor where you can work temporarily (open space, more comfortable). The most important thing is the price. This price in Beijing is very balanced from comfort to all aspects. Give it a 666 rating.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good, especially the lady at the front desk. She smiled when I checked in and poured hot water for me. The room facilities are good and the area is large. The air conditioning and heating are very warm, and the sound insulation is great. It is close to the subway station and bus station, 600 meters away from the subway station, and the bus station is just outside. It is very convenient for travelers. There are many restaurants nearby, which are also delicious. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room, and there is also a tobacco shop downstairs. It is so convenient. I will choose it next time I come to Beijing!

The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! So many options of things to eat! The western part contained bread, yoghurt, fruits, different juices, coffee and tea, butter and jam! The front desk was very accommodating to my needs when I had to change the airport drop off time. I would definitely recommend staying there and if I have the chance, I’ll stay there again :)

Only to recommend select a room with window for better air flow , the last night on my stay the room was extremely hot and humid caused by the air flowing system although the hotel staff had provide extra cooling machine

The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within minutes of walking distance to the subway station - Zhushikou exit A. The reception is good except mediocre English. Housekeeping is not 24hrs. We were surprised as we had asked for replenishment of mineral water at abt 1030pm. There is no closet except for a stand with 4 clothes hangers. One of reception staff is very good, he helped booked a cab for airport and accompanied us while waiting for the driver.
