Breakfast was a carton of milk and a soft break/cake, which is ok for the price. Staff were very helpful but if you do not speak Chinese communication will be limited and you will have to use an app that translates for you. Location could be better as Jiugong station was around 15 minute walk. The room was nice but I stayed during new year and it was cold and the room heater/air conditioner was not hot enough (this is my only criticism). There is a launderette opposite the nearest starbucks/KFC located near the hotel (but you need a Map app that works). Google Maps does not work. I tried to download download the Biadu Map app but I could not get it to translate into english and whenever I searched for something like an embassy it would only show me the US embassy?). So make sure you download the Biadu map app and get it in english traslation version before you go there, otherwise you will find it difficult to locate the hotel which involves a fairly long walk from the station. Room was a good size and they provide new towels/room cleaning service.

I booked for my family. They have written a review. ,,Poor service, not helpful for foreigners. The room wasn’t very clean. The staff didn’t speak English. There wasn’t enough toilet paper in the room. We asked for bath towels and they gave us a very small one. Although the breakfast was already booked and paid, they didn’t want to let us in. They forgot to give us a receipt and tell us that we would need it to get our breakfast.”

I came to Beijing with my friends and looked at the hotel for a long time. Finally, I took a fancy to the fact that it is close to the subway. I was worried at first about whether the soundproofing would be bad. The sister at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded the room to a quieter room. It is still good and worth recommending.

When checking in, the waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities and services in detail. Because the room was not ready yet, it was recommended to have lunch before checking in, and the luggage was sent to the room first. The food in the restaurant on the second floor tasted good. The children also had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The breakfast was quite rich. I will come again next time if I have the chance!

Very close to the subway, it is a bit uncomfortable to squeeze Line 6 in the morning.
There is a delicious halal shop opposite the Youth Hostel. I stayed for 4 days and breakfast was solved there. It was delicious and convenient.

Staff all were very friendly and helpful , the hotel buffet breakfast is good with lots of local food you might have a chance to try
Only to recommend select a room with window for better air flow , the last night on my stay the room was extremely hot and humid caused by the air flowing system although the hotel staff had provide extra cooling machine

The location is pretty far but it’s quite worth it, the view from the balcony is amazing. So if you’re looking for a get away from the city this is the right place, it’s very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

The facilities are too old and the moisture-proofing is not very good. I booked it for two days. The first night was a split-floor room. The walls on the first floor were peeling and moldy. The second floor was better. The decoration and color matching were slightly worse. The quality needs to be improved for this price.
The second night was a bit exaggerated. My friend was one of us. The toilet door collapsed and he fell onto the bed. Fortunately, he was not on the bed at the time. This kind of safety incident is completely unacceptable at this price point.
The overall style is pretty good, the courtyard has an antique feel, and the public areas are well decorated and maintained, but I just don't understand why the rooms are so poor. We also met other tenants who were that kind of ****. We went back to the hotel and brought a bowl of tripe, but we were told that this kind of thing was brought back to the hotel. ? ? ? W T F, I wonder if staying in a room worth a thousand yuan and eating tripe will harm the image of the hotel?

GGuest UserThe hotel is within minutes of walking distance to the subway station - Zhushikou exit A. The reception is good except mediocre English. Housekeeping is not 24hrs. We were surprised as we had asked for replenishment of mineral water at abt 1030pm. There is no closet except for a stand with 4 clothes hangers. One of reception staff is very good, he helped booked a cab for airport and accompanied us while waiting for the driver.
