The living experience here is amazing! The terrace is arranged with special care, the bonsai and flowers in the white flower box are scattered, and the simple tables and chairs and umbrellas are placed, full of elegant atmosphere. The knitting swing, sitting on it dangling to enjoy the sun and breeze, is simply the best corner to relax. Through the window, you can also see the tropical plants and fresh architectural landscape, as if you are in the resort of Santorini. Living here every day is enjoying a leisurely holiday. I've been to Beihai so many times, but this hotel is the first one that makes me want to keep coming back! The location is fantastic, with views of the Red Bridge and the beach from the room. The outdoor hot tub has incredibly hot water, as comfortable as a hot spring, perfect for a relaxing soak after late-night snacks. The room itself is spacious, and they immediately accommodated our request for an extra bed, with amenities replenished on demand. The service is truly exceptional! Everyone greets you with a smile and is incredibly polite. So many hotels claim to offer 'butler service' but only provide customer service; this is genuine butler service – meticulous and patient, truly outstanding! The afternoon tea and 'goodnight' desserts are also excellent. Just outside the room is a large swimming pool, and swim rings are conveniently located next to the elevator, near the complimentary (truly unlimited!) drinks, mineral water, and coffee station. The bedding is superb; our family of four slept until past 11 AM, missing breakfast, but the staff still brought us plenty of food! I've stayed in so many five-star and luxury chain hotels in Sanya, Wenchang, Kunming, Chengdu, Beijing, and Shanghai, and I've yet to find one with better service and quality than this. The complimentary beach-combing excursion was also wonderful; the kids absolutely loved it! From now on, whenever I go to Beihai, I'll be staying here. I absolutely love it. You can stay in the hotel all day and still have a wonderful time! For both arrival and departure, they greet and see you off at the parking lot, and even help carry your luggage.
