房間很乾凈整潔，電視沙發廚具等一應俱全，隔音效果好晚上睡覺很安靜。陽台很大，有洗衣機和自動晾衣架，整體住起來非常舒適!面朝馮家江和大海。民宿在皇家海灣公館小區裏面，小區環境舒適，綠化做的特別好，還有泳池沙灘。離北海銀灘和僑港風情街都很近，騎個電動車10分鐘就能到，到紅樹林趕海20分鐘，去哪都很方便。

整體感受非常棒，跟在自己家一樣温馨自在。管家小哥哥服務很好，很熱情，服務態度非常好。交通很便利，這次出遊真的是非常充實，精彩，超級滿意！設施很齊全，一般酒店都沒有洗衣機晾衣架，這裏都有，讓我很意外。衞生也不錯，陽台能看到大海，風景也很美麗。

很滿意呀，真的就是回家的感覺，一室一廳可以住2大1小，很方便，價格也實惠，衞生很乾凈，還有冰箱廚房，鍋碗瓢盆都配備齊全，還有洗衣機洗衣液，住得很舒服，位置也很好找，直接可以看到海，下次去的話一定會在住！

房間挺好的，乾淨衞生，比較新，沒有異味，服務很好，有問必答，廚房可以做飯，適合家庭和一羣朋友出遊。位置也方便，附近有市場，離銀灘不遠，步行十分鐘，樓下有電動車租，電動車兩三分鐘就可以到銀灘大門。

民宿房間面積很大，客廳廁所都挺大的，有個大陽台曬衣服比較方便，環境也安靜，民宿小區門口有生活超市、美宜佳等，飯店不少，生活也方便，比較近銀灘，可以租電車到銀灘、僑港風情街、僑港海灘、66趕海基地都挺近。老闆人也很熱情，有問必答，值得推薦[強]
