"Dirty dining area and breakfast crew is understaffed and couldn't handle breakfast area. Front desk people are poorly trained in customer service. You're lucky to get a smile, greeting, or any basic gesture of customer courtesy. Don't let them put you in room 129. It shares a wall with the mechanical room. After dealing with the front desk and escalating my complaint to corporate level, it is clear that the laissez-faire approach to guest service, dismissive responses to complaints, and general lack of integrity isn't unique to the Hampton Inn Beeville. It's part of the corporate culture of Hilton Hotels."

"The service was terrible. I had to call someone to the desk to check in, my room wasn’t ready, when I checked out, no one was there to issue my deposit refund. When I went back to get my refund, they refused to return it to me claiming there was pet hair all over the room. I did not have a pet with me but I did bring a blanket from home which probably had pet hair on it. I should not be charged a$100 cleaning fee when they would have had to remove the bedding anyway to wash it!"

"Stay away! Plainly horrible, out date dirty and doesn’t provide what amenities it lists. The room was smelly and dirty. Door is broken plus the slide lock was miss the door jam was broken. The carpet by the door is all ripped up and I stepped on the nail stripe. the bathroom fan didn’t work and the water doesn’t drain in the sink or the tub. The was tastes gross and the paint in the microwave is missing not sure how safe that is to be heating things up in? the cable tv is a mess and the internet doesn’t work. There is broken glass and trash everywhere. No one does the trash cans and the whole backside of the back build don’t even have them. People leave there trash bag out and they bake in the sun all day and smell. The housekeeper just walk by and leave them for days at a time. I had to go in and ask the front desk to have them moved. They where not mine, I end up taking my trash to the dumper at the other end of the yard because the can outside my door was over flowing and had been when I got here. Nothing works in the vending machine room or the ice machine. The washing machine was out of order. They want you to pay $20 for them to wash for you. Should have been included in the over price room is they advertise laundry facility. The grills are all junk along with the tables. Piles of broken wooden that looks like they have been sitting there for years. The pool side is a disaster. There was Little kids poopy underwear laying by the table for the week I was here the smell was gross. all the furniture is broken cut myself on a metal lounge chair. The steps to the pool are dangerous one is missing and the other one is broken. Both the gates to the pool are unsafe one doesn’t open at all which means you have to walk completely around to get to the bathrooms and picnic area. God for bid if there was an emergency. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There was no coffee had to ask to get some made then there was no sugar or creamer. Ask and they didn’t have any all week. The Juice was labeled orange juice but looked like fermented apple juice I didn’t dare to try it. Way over price for what is provided. Had to beg to get housekeeping to vacuum my room and clean it. The manager was rude to all the staff. Plus the is a small child running everywhere. Was in the laundry room by themselves and in the workout room another time. He is always crying or getting into things. All of the equipment in the gym is broken or missing. Staff just shrugged their shoulders at me when I told them. There is more sadly But I think you get the point do yourself a favor and don’t stay here "
