Days Inn by Wyndham Bedford

The facilities were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient — close to restaurants and tourist attractions— and the staff were all friendly, especially Terry. They were very pet friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was HORRIBLE! I wasn't going to complain UNTIL they didn't refund my Security deposit. The first rooms we had were close to the street, we didn't sleep for 2 nights. There was a stain on the top cover we didn't say anything, we were changed to 2 other rooms, the noise was better.... but.. One toilet the handle was laying on the floor my husband fixed it because we were told there was NO maintenance man. My daughter helped the house keeper change the smoke alarm which was screaming as we entered the room. I called the desk I ask why I didn't get my Security deposit, they said because We stained the top cover???? Really??? We did NOT stain the cover! The place needs a lot of work..... We would never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone!!

The AC in our room never did cool off (it was off when we checked in), and it was a horrible night. Never again! A shame since our family that we will be visiting lives very close by.

Best hotel to be served at I loved it wil refer to anyone clean respectful customer service will come again any time

The accommodations were a little less than expected but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ashley was especially an attentive associate. Any questions I had she was able to answer immediately and if she didn’t know she investigated and called me back. We stayed for three days and the onsite staff were very nice.

I would not take my dogs to this hotel. The rooms were absolutely abysmal. The bed looked as if it had been slept in up until the moment we walked in the room, made up but the sheets were crinkled so that you could see the imprint of someone. The chair in the room was filthy, and the carpet in the room looked as if it had not seen a vacuum or a carpet cleaner in decades. To top things off, there was an odor that permeated so bad, that it could be smelled before we entered the room. And to add injury to insult, we asked for a refund immediately-and were told that we would have to go through *******, which was false advertising but that's another story for another time! When we went through Expediate, they said we had to get permission from the hotel, but never received a call back. Very disappointing all the way around!

We checked out early and they refuse to issue a refund for the days we prepaid for simply because we booked through a third party (***********) and they refuse to show us the supposed policy that says they're not allowed to refund third parties. They're quite literally stealing our money and refuse to give it back. The room also had roaches in it, fresh food stains on the walls by the bathroom, and the neighbor's in the room next to us were smoking pot every night which caused the smell to to into our room numerous times. Our room keys also stopped working every night so we had to constantly get new ones made. The "general manager" decided to hand up on myself and *********** numerous times because she "didn't want to deal with us anymore" when we were politely asking for our money back.

TV did not work, fridge broken (which cause me to throw food out) there were a couple bugs (small) on the bed and the shower diverter leaked all over the place while I showered! So far no resolution!!
