Super 8 by Wyndham Bedford

Second time stay here, staffs are friendly!

The place is filthy, smells like cigarettes and pine-sol. Floors in the rooms are stained, the chairs are worn out, bathrooms do mot work very well- when we called to complain we were told that this is a franchise and that Wyndham had nothing to do with this location- false advertisement… do not stay here. I have some videos but there is mo where to post them.

Very clean, excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. Close to town.

This is the worst hotel ever! The ac was loud and either too cold or too hot and uncontrollable. Microwave didn't work. Toilet didn't half flush. Took forever for water to get hot. Shower unadjustable. Stains around sink. Smelled like cigarettes. Plugs were loose. Awful, awful,awful Wyndham should be ashamed!

Adequate for the price but the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The hallway was awful and of course the cigarette smell was in the rooms as well, but not as bad. Some of the TV's didn't work well (or at all), and the internet was out most of the time. The beds were ok and everything was clean. Breakfast was minimal - just a waffle machine, breads, packs of oatmeal, and cereal. The staff worked hard to keep it stocked. We were only there a couple of nights while visiting the D-Day Memorial and Bedford Boys Tribute Center. The Visitors Center is nearby and it was convenient for visiting all the area sites.

This hotel was dirty and smelled terrible. Do not stay here. The bedspread had cigarette burns and the floor was stained and had gum stuck to it. The room and hallways had a stench that smelled of alcohol and cigarettes.

Convenient to Bedford This was a last minute booking, The place is in need of a little update. The carpets need a replacement. Bathrooms needed update. The night shift desk man wasted a hour of my time checking in.

This was my second staying in this hotel and it was worst than last year, The property is running down in all aspects: used furniture and equipment in the room, unacceptable lining and bed covers, improper cleaning in the room and in the bathroom, bed smell in the room and on the hallways (SMOKING ODOR EVERYWHERE!!!), poor breakfast, very noisy from parking lot and nearby highway and railway (BTW, lot of trains running in the vicinity all night long, using very loud signals). In top of these, the hotel is hosting lots of construction workers who talk, laugh, sing vey loud early in the morning and late in the night.
