The Quality Inn is a very nice place to stay. It was quiet which made it so relaxing. It was clean and smelled very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. There was eggs, sausage links and patties, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit. I would recommend this motel to everyone.

Beds are nice. Rooms are clean. Staff nice. Hotel is older but kept up nicely. Don’t let entrance deter you. Bathrooms older but clean. I did not partake in breakfast but it smelled good. Parking ample. Lot well lit. This is a good one night stop over.

Repeat visit while visiting family. Appeared to be refreshed as the rooms did look updated. 2 Queen connecting rooms with family. Comfortable beds, micro pillows, spacious bath with separate sink area. Shampoo and conditioner in shower dispensers. Standard both towels. Free breakfast was ok. Same items each of 3 days. Heated sausage and pre-formed egg patties. No toast or toaster, minimal cereal options and yogurt. Great location right off Highway 37 with quick access to Bedford's shopping and restaurant area.

I really like the location of the hotel. My company has stayed in years past, however this time it was not as clean as before . The lobby is a great p[lace to relax, but there was no tv on or music or fire in fireplace , same in the breakfast area. Ask the desk to turn on tv and they pressed the buttons and left. I had already tried before I asked. it still never came on. I truly do not want to see this hotel go down hill. Here again the hotel can be warm and inviting with just a little care.

We booked this hotel based on location, price, and reviews. While I can’t say it was our best lodging experience of the year, bit was definitely in the top 3. The property was very well maintained, the room was very clean and adequately furnished, and a nice included breakfast. (Although the breakfast area could use a little more lighting.) And every once in a while you encounter a staff member who is meant to work in a specific industry, ,and that is the case with front desk employee Cierra. She checked us in, provided informed answers to questions regarding the area, and was obviously experienced at her job when an issue arose regarding their rewards program. She was consistently pleasant, polite, and efficient at every turn. If our travels ever take us back to the Bedford area, we will stay at this Quality Inn & Suites again.

The front desk ladies were very nice. The hotel was hot with little to no air flow in July. The rooms were clean enough but could have been cleaner. We had 2 rooms and one fridge leaked, one bathroom had no vent fan, both rooms had slow drains, both rooms took hours to cool off. The lobby bathrooms were without toilet paper for all 3 days we were there. Breakfast was ok ( sausage pattues, links, scrambled egg patties, waffles) but there was NO COFFEE. Like seriously, walmart is right across the road, get coffee!!

The hotel's location near major roads and on-site parking were convenient, although it is worth mentioning that it is a 5-minute drive from downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When it came to breakfast, I found the options to be limited, especially in terms of fresh fruit. However, on the second day, apples became available. The room appeared clean, functional, and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. Nevertheless, both the hotel and rooms showed signs of age and wear and tear. I also missed having under-sink storage and a walk-in shower. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

This place was such a dump. The first night we discovered the toilet barely flushed. If you held the handle down you could get a little flushing action. By the next morning it wasn't flushing at all. We requested they fix it, and when we returned we got one decent flush and then it was back to holding down the handle and hoping for the best. One of the bed coverings had a fresh stain on it. Not sure what it was, and I'd rather not think about it. Security lock on the door was broken. Coffee maker leaked. Coffee in the room and at breakfast was lousy. Breakfast offerings were subpar. No regular bread, bagels, or English muffins. Only thing in the way of bread items were prepackaged sugary things. No hot sauce for the eggs. Maybe I've finally learned to never, ever stay in a Quality Inn again.

This place is the best. Nice rooms, great outdoor pool, awesome service, plus a hot receptionist. I mean, how can you go wrong? Also, it would be nice to have rooms by the hour. It’s right off the highway so it’s easy to access.
