Everything is a positive about the Premier. Easy to get to with lots of free parking. Beautiful surroundings next to a massive lake full of wildlife and a perimeter walk of approx 1.3 miles on a proper path. Rivers and canals in very close walking distance. Three different amazing river side path walks into Bedford which was about 1.8 miles. Bedford waterways are just stunning with all the wild life. Hotel: First class staff on reception, very friendly and helpful. Good size rooms. Very comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. Good shower with instant hot water, which can be rare! (Although the bathrooms are a little tied!) Tea and coffee in room with extra available in the reception. TV of course, but owing to the area you won’t need it! Beefeater next door with nice surroundings and great staff offering well cooked food. The option of a meal deal, which we used and thought was excellent value. Would we stay here again, absolutely, excellent value for the money.

Provided what we needed for an over night stay when visiting family. Location was good and accessed easily for where we came from. We have used Premium Inn before and we will no doubt use them again. The beds certainly provide a good night's sleep.

Lovely stay and slept extremely well. Staff were helpful and friendly Perfect for what we needed. We needed some extra bits in the room and the staff dealt with our requests straight away. We had dinner at the restaurant and I couldn’t fault anything

We had booked into a b and b that we booked months ago for the night after our wedding which looked lovely online but on arrival we wanted to leave straight away so with not many options we booked the premier inn. Didn’t really know what to expect but I would go back time and time again. The receptionist Fez went above and beyond to make our stay special, gave us a bottle of Prosecco and then came to the room with two champagne glasses. We booked a table at the beefeater next door and he even told them about our recent marriage so got more Prosecco in there. Perfect. Thank you 😌

This Premier Inn is in the most beautiful setting with a lovely lake just across the path. It took an hour to walk around the lake which we did just before our evening meal. We booked the meal deal which was great value for money. I thought the Premier Inn looked a little tired but it was perfectly clean and comfortable and all the staff were very cheerful. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again

Clean,dated,second rate dump,OK so many of these low grade out dated 80`s sleepovers ,not like advertised on TV,missing a clean refreshing outlook, will not be going back , how do they think they can treat people like this ? what can i say well less than i feel border line doss house.

Sorry, I can never give more than one star when a Hotel fails on the very reason why they exist. Room - Too hot, Shower - No pressure, Room space - Shoe Box, Bed-Like a rock and Food- Horrid. Location is absolutely fantastic but is its a good nights sleep you are after then I suggest you look elsewhere. We did eat in the restaurant and the evening mean food was awful, as was the breakfast. Staff however are very good but I will not return!

Consistently good, nice quiet lakeside location, although no lake view , able to sleep well, easy parking ,nice Beefeater restaurant next door for breakfast booked through Premier Inn at time of booking. All staff in both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly, this has been consistent with every stay. Rooms need refreshing, looking a bit dated, no iron / ironing board in rooms. Other than that a friendly and convenient stay.
