Que dire, tant de choses. Nous avons passé une nuitée au Cep, que du bonheur, l’accueil du personnel très professionnel, simple, attentif aux attentes. Les chambres sont magnifiques, bien sûr il faut aimer le style ancien et le charme des meubles d’époque, la bâtisse est bien entretenue alliant dans certains espaces modernité et cachet régional Le petit déjeuner est copieux et répond à tous les goûts Moment privilégié pour mon fils et mon mari au sein du bar à cigares. Une direction présente professionnelle et conviviale. Seule petite déception, nous voulions une séance de spa mais malheureusement le planning était complet lorsque nous voulions en profiter Sans aucune hésitation nous recommandons ce lieu magnifique Avec tous nos remerciements Laurent et Sylvie BARRERE

What a great property. The service was incredible. Kudos to Kevin in the spa who made the experience absolutely awesome. He is attentive and also knowledgeable. Michael at the bar literally created amazing experiences every night for me and my friends. He deserves accolades. Perfect location centrally located. Rooms are good and probably the most impressive shower I have seen from a water pressure perspective in an old building. Kudos to the property overall! Great experience.

Que dire, beaucoup d'anglais, et à part une attente de 15 minutes avant d'avoir la carte, bon je me suis rendu au bar pour la prendre, et encore 10 minutes pour avoir votre consommation, le service est totalement absent pour un hôtel de cette "classe', par contre le paiement, la, le serveur saute et volerai jusque chez vous..... 09.2024

We stayed in Le Cep in October for 3 nights. Great location, great service. Some of the rooms are a bit small and old, but we were moved to a wonderful suite, and we will stay at Le Cep next time we come.

Overall bad experience with this hotel, the room was not ready at 4.30 pm although I had called in the morning to let them know of our arrival around 3.30-4.00 pm. We finally get a room which had probably not served in a few weeks, the floors were dirty, the furniture more than outdated and in bad shape. We were "with many sighs from the front desk" brought to another room which had a fresh dark brown stain on the "newly" carpeted floor. Definitely not a 5* hotel, I would rate it a 3 star at best. The only positive thing was the location right behind the Hospice de Beaune.

Nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel qui nous semble être bien en dessous des standards d’un vrai 5*. Hôtel dans son jus ++, personnel plein de bonne volonté mais cela n’est malheureusement pas suffisant à niveau. Confort et équipement des chambres très moyen, isolation thermique et phonique (bruit de la rue, bruit du climatiseur, bruit dans les parties communes, véritable passoire thermique) Propreté peut mieux faire. Literie acceptable. Spa risible. Propreté douteuse, sauna à l’extérieur, on y accède via le parking, hammam HS, des portes ouvertes avec de terribles courants d’air (mois de septembre il fait 12 degrés dehors) Seul point positif, le personnel, adorable. Petit déjeuner correct. Seul vrai point positif de cet hôtel étant son emplacement. Nous n’y retournerons pas.
