Days Inn by Wyndham Beaumont

This review is for the Days Inn at 5430 Rexora Dr, Beaumont, TX. First off, when I called the front desk answered immediately. The lady was very accommodating in reserving my room for me. I had to take an exam the following morning of my stay so it was very important that I find a comfortable and quiet place to stay the night. Upon arrival my check in was quick and painless. I went into my room and it smelled fresh and was super clean. It was very commodious as I had a kitchenette with utensils and dishes as well as pots and pans. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious. The carpet was well vacuumed. The staff were super friendly. This is the 3rd time staying at a place by Wyndham. I will be using Wyndham hotels from now on when I travel. I highly recommend the Days Inn in Beaumont, TX.

August 15. Room 118. There’s a hole in the sheet and a hole in the shower curtain. 1 roach came from under the bed, and another roach scurried under the dresser the TV is sitting on top of. I went to request for another room, was given room 151. I walked in and a flying roach scared me and flew into the vent under the window. I’m sleeping in my truck and requesting a refund in the morning

Gross, dirty, ac unit was dusty and had bugs in it. Sink and bath had hair in it. We didn’t even feel sanitary enough to take a shower. Sheets were stained, smelled like cigarettes even in a non smoking room. Awful stay.

We arrived a bit early and had to wait, however the staff was friendly and the room was clean, the beds comfortable.... we didn't have the breakfast. The shower was very nice, water was hot and the pressure was amazing....

I want take sure that the entire staff at the days inn on 11th in Beaumont are recognized for the amazing service. They are so helpful polite and welcoming. They work hard to keep the hotel at its finest and the guest at their happiest and I couldnt thank each one of them enough for the service they had given to me and my family. It's a extremely stressful time in our lives right now and they were able to deliver an experience that I was able and finally allowed to ease my mind for a min thank yall so much

Guy at the front desk was great. He was very personable and helpful. Only thing i would definitely recommend changing is the breakfast. It was a cold and unappetizing, Circle K like sandwich which was gross. But, overall a great stay no other issues. Quick and easy check-in and out. BUT OVERALL GREAT

As this was my first time in Beaumont I was unaware that this Days Inn is in a bad area. By bad area I mean street walkers, vagrants, unsavory people. Although this is not the reason why I'm taking my time to review. I chose this hotel because the price was about mid-range and it included breakfast. I booked for 5 nights and went in for breakfast every morning. After the 4rd morning, they did have a bagged breakfast out. I believe that they finally did put out breakfast after I wrote corporate informing them that the hotel didnt provide it. When I inquired about breakfast in the evenings I was told that they didnt order it. Another time I inquired they told me that there was breakfast (even though they didnt). I think that the morning staff is informing management that they are but really not. One of the mornings the entire lobby was locked at 7AM, no one to be found. The general manager Melody, reached out to me to refund some of the cost but told me that I was rude to the staff which is untrue. When I asked if she could give me some examples of that, she ignored it. After reading thru some of the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one that found a no breakfast situation. Melody the general manager is combative and rude. I contacted the better business bureau and chamber of commerce to notify them of the false advertising. Not only will I never stay at this Days Inn, I wont stay in another Days Inn ever again.

Economical and easy access from the highway. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t tell ya about it. Plenty of parking for cars but not sure about a semi-truck. Not sure why Trip advisor wants 200 minimum characters but here it is.
