We went to the sky12 Lounge Restaurant to celebrate the retirement of one of our colleague and we spent a very nice time there. The buffet lunch was awesome and I would like to thank the Hotel Manager Mrs Ramlochun and all his team namely Mr Bruno, Mrs Francoise, Mrs Aneela and Miss Azeghie for their wonderful service. All the staffs were very satisfied and we will surely go there again soon. Very nice view of Quatre Bornes centre from the 12th floor. Thanks again.

The hotel is not too far from the seaside and it takes half an hour to walk. The price is very reasonable, so this location is ok. Other conveniences are also very good, the only bad thing is that eating is not very convenient. The hotel kitchen is very simple and nothing to eat.

The guess told me the room in bad condition, the cupboard and toilet which they came 3 times to fix, door din work properly and luckily manage to move to others room. However I got mixed up with the booking date n trip.com managed to help me settle without extra fee via live chat. Mauritius has lived here twice, and their restaurants are open to the public. Local lawyers say that because they are run by French bosses, although other aspects are common, the quality of food is definitely one of the best in the country, and many locals will also dine on weekends. The quality of the cuisine is better than those of the higher-end hotels and resorts that are far away. This time, I ate a Japanese beef steak with a discount. My friend was smashed, the meat was very old, the hotel was redone and the service was very good! There is no high-class beach in the capital of Port Louis, but if you are on a business trip, living in this area is very good.

I don't recommend the hotel, the swimming pools both are dirty lots of insects in the water, the jacuzzi cold water n dirty too. One can hear lots of noises at night if you are lucky you won't get those rooms it looks like mauritians who get those noisy room as at night you can hear the noise of air con or pump water machine. If you take some dried grapes after breakfast to eat in the terrace you will be told not to take where as I have seen other guests took plate of food. They don't give tea or coffee in the bedrooms but just kettle n cups. The only good thing is the room is clean but they won't clean it everyday. They put very few food for breakfast one can count 15 pieces on the plate and when finished they will replenished it. I didn't feel comfortable during my stay as while I eat my breakfast I can feel them monitoring me. The pictures of the pools have deceived me and my family. More customer service are needed in this place too. The only person who helped me was sanjeev for lifting my luggage when I came to the rooms. I did ask if they serve food at night they said no but I saw guests eating at night and every night I have to take my parents to eat in restaurants which is far from the beach. They do give shuttle car but on some hours and I had to take taxi sometimes.

There are really few reviews about this hotel, especially for Chinese tourists. I have also done a lot of homework, but there are no substantial opinions, so I want to write a review that is useful for Chinese tourists. First of all, there are really few Chinese tourists in this hotel. I didn't meet any during my four-day stay. I will evaluate it from several aspects: First, the service is very good. From the first night of check-in, the front desk who greeted us and the service staff and staff we met every day were warm and thoughtful. Second, the environment. The hotel has many rooms and a large location. The room we were assigned is close to the hotel restaurant and the swimming pool and beach. We walked around the hotel. If we were assigned to a slightly farther room, it would actually take several minutes to walk, but they should have a battery car pick-up service (we used a battery car to deliver our luggage on the first day we came). The hotel's greenery and swimming pool are good, not to mention the beach, which is really pleasant. Third, the room is quite satisfactory. If you are used to staying in a domestic five-star hotel, you may not be able to adapt to it. After all, the facilities and decorations in China are really excellent now. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, and the drinks in the mini bar are charged. The shower is a bit lacking in water and a bit hot and cold. Fourth, for meals, we booked HB, because I booked this hotel half a year in advance, so the price-performance ratio is good. I would like to point out that if you are really used to eating white food, you should find it ok, but I couldn't eat it on the third day, I missed the eight major cuisines of China too much. Finally, this hotel is very close to Casela, Blue Bay, and the starting point of Chasing Dolphins. In short, this hotel is worth recommending.

The hotel has a good environment and facilities, but the service details need to be improved. There is a hot water bottle, but there is a lot of scale inside. I don't dare to use it. I usually care about drinking water. There is a water quality test pen for Xiaomi. The hotel has about 200 impurities in tap water and 150 bottles of water. If you care about bringing a kettle. I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.
