No. 4 of Scenic Hotels in Interlaken"Getting to the hotel from the central station requires a rather long bus ride, and buses only come once an hour, so if you miss one, you'll have a long wait. On the plus side, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and you can see Lake Thun from the hotel balcony, which offers lovely views. The front desk service was professional, warm, and attentive. However, the room facilities are outdated, and the bathroom had a persistent sewer smell at night. Even closing the bathroom door didn't help; we had to leave the balcony door open to be able to sleep."

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Interlaken"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The spa, pool, breakfast, cleanliness, and especially the amazing view were all wonderful. The location is also very nice. Although the rooms are a little old-fashioned, the hotel is still comfortable and well maintained.
One small issue was the waiting time during breakfast and dinner because the hotel was quite busy. We also had two neighboring rooms with connected balconies, and the wooden divider door between the balconies was extremely noisy when opening and closing. It would be great if the door could be oiled to reduce the noise.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The view is truly fantastic."

"The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The weather is good and the view is better when you go out in the morning. He also provided us with a lot of travel guides, which was very good compared to the recommendations on Xiaohongshu. In general, Vlad is a very good person and will book this hotel next time."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay.
Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults).
Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view.
Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day.
We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby!
Will definitely stay here again!"
