"Pros: large room, decent bed, balcony, large fridge, breakfast is limited, but fine if you like Chinese food, however; some scrambled eggs and bacon would be nice. Nice views. The price.
Cons: balcony door did not lock and this made me a bit uncomfortable. I also had to shower in a different room cause my hot water was broken. The WiFi was not great. Not a convenient walk to the shop. No microwave or table and chairs in the room. Also limited lounge chairs by the pool."

"Location: just a 10-minute walk from the airport — perfect if you’ve just arrived tired or have an early flight. Wonderful staff — Zin, Jakon, Lyon, Nop 🫶🏻 thank you for your hospitality! It was my first time staying in a hostel, and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable, and the pool is lovely and well-maintained.
By the way if you ride a bike so it’s about 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches (banana beach and naithan beach ) 🌊🏖️☀️🏝️🌊"

"The room was very clean. Everyone was very helpful. It wasn’t really close to anything, but a few restaurants no beach accessible. Unless you wanted to go swim with a bunch of boats. Laundry was very easy. It was right by the front desk. The pool was kept very clean a pretty nice relaxing area. I loved my balcony. I was on it all the time. I was in the older building. The newer building seemed a little nicer.  I would stay again. "

"This is my second time here. Last time was with my friend and came back again with family. Location just right of the sea. Woke up and there you go the view u can enjoy. Owner so friendly. It just the bed to hard hopefully ownerr can consider change the mattress."

"This was hotel was great to stay in. Not far from the beach to walk, right in the middle of everything.
Only down side is there is no lift and there’s four floors. And also the road out front is very busy and noisy all night long.
Not sure what came past one night but it was big and noisy to the point where we thought we were having an earthquake quake as the whole room shuck along with the bed."

"Travelled with teenage son and got room for 3 adults. Bed super comfy, easy checkin and heaps of sun lounges. Money changer directly across the road and tour organisers also. Had the worst massage across the road even asking for soft. Always went to one to left of 7 Eleven across road and was brilliant. Lots of Russians staying at hotel who are very rude and not friendly at all. Staff very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast has good selection but not very hot and only like 2-3 dishes change daily. Buffet dinner nights we went to Italian only and had good range but once again not very hot. Hotel has a mini mart attached also but there are so many within 500m. Son loved the water slides and pools were clean, coldest one was the kids pool. Enjoyed our stay however won’t be going back to Phuket as too expensive. Bali, KL and Vietnam cheaper."

"If you can take the risk of losing your valuables, you can choose this hotel.
When I was leaving for a tour in the morning, I didn't see any staff and I left for the tour without paying for the day. When I arrived to hotel on afternoon all my luggage was outside. The hotel didn't send me any message or call me. I had valuable jewelry and documents. Even though I stayed there for 1 week, they showed me such disrespect and threw all my things at the door. I wanted to stay more but this disrespect and disregard for my luggage made me sad."

"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket."

"This hotel is built on a hill, so its interior design is quite rich and layered, making it feel more interesting. The room itself was okay; the decor had a resort-like vibe, but the bathroom and shower lights were dim, and the disposable slippers were incredibly thin. Overall, the room was just average.
However, what truly stood out for me was the hotel's key amenity: the absolutely stunning infinity pool, which offers direct views over Kata Beach. It's incredibly photogenic! The restaurant is on the same floor, so on a nice day, you can enjoy a rooftop breakfast.
The hotel is actually very close to Kata Beach; you can walk down a slope and cut through an alley next to a 7-Eleven. For the low season, the price was quite reasonable."

GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

Lovely grounds & beautifully kept gardens, wonderful clean pools that cater for all age groups, right across the road from the beach for alternative beach/pool swims. A short 5 minute walk to the nearest shops, both beach side & behind locations,, 15 minute walk to Bangla Road. House keeping staff, like all we experienced in Phuket, are so kind & helpful. Overall such a lovely stay. Beautiful rooms with a lovely view. Breakfast was impeccable!

Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍
Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%.
There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.

However, the sea view suite I booked was in building D, not a beachfront property, and it was a bit old. My room key failed twice.
Also, there's no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.

GGuest UserBeautiful resort, will definitely recommend to fellow travelers. Buffet food options were great, bed was comfy, staff is accommodating. My only complaints is that you could tell the place needed a little updating, there was only a single power outlet in the room and even though it’s in a quiet location, there was nothing within walking distance if you wanted to venture outwards without a taxi.

JJoelbastedoThis resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

AALESTAThe hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing.
I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself.
I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that.
BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like:
1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound.
2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not.
3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

MMs. AMGIf you are looking for something that are far away from the city where you can chill in the beach, pool and not crowded of tourist then this is a gem find.
I love that they have their own beach access where you can swim, do kayak or just chill.
Room is amazing, view by the sea where you wake up with the beautiful sunrise, they have 1 resto all day price is reasonable and affordable.
You can also take advantage of the bus service to old town and robinson or book a car in the lobby.
Though the place is a bit old but the pool beach and room are very comfy and good price, service are really good and fast. I would highly recommed and would surely visit again.
It is a hidden gem away from so much crowd in Phuket.
