"the hotel owner should really upgrade the infrastructure bcz the hard-working and kind staffs deserves more than this！I had a early morning flight and the staff at front desk for night shift walked me and help with the luggage to the front door，and he even thoughtfully waited with me for my taxi because theres a drunk white guy lying outside. I booked it for only one night. Great location for surfing and the resto outside taste great！initially i got a room without windows and the aircon sounds so loud that i had to go back to the frontdesk and the staff kindly helped me change to another one much better. but generally the hallways smells damp. so owner of this hotel，you should really listen to your customer‘s advice"

"The hotel's ambiance was superb – it's incredibly spacious and wonderfully quiet. We stayed in a golf view room, which was huge, with a king-sized bed (two meters long!) and a large bathtub. We had a really comfortable night's sleep. The service was excellent; the lady at the front desk who helped us check in was lovely. As for facilities, the lobby has a pool table and live music. The breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety of choices. On top of that, the hotel boasts a massive gym, a ping-pong table, a large swimming pool, and a spa. Unfortunately, due to our schedule, we didn't get to experience them all, which is such a shame!"

"My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights, and while we had some challenges, the staff made a huge difference.
The Good:
• Mr. Deta: A massive thank you to Mr. Deta for his incredible hospitality. He was so friendly and supportive throughout our entire stay!
• The Rooftop: The absolute highlight. It’s a fantastic place to chill, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Not-So-Good:
• The Facilities: The gym is very small—fine for a quick stretch, but not much else.
• Weather/Maintenance: It rained almost every day, and unfortunately, rainwater leaked through our window and onto the floor. It made the room quite uncomfortable for a while.
The Recovery:
The hotel team was professional about the leak. They moved us to a different room for our final night, which we really appreciated.

"The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The location is right in the middle of Seminyak and easy to get to other locations by walking or grab/gojek. The beach is also walking distance to view the sunset.
Breakfast menu is changed daily and they are very delicious. If you have an early trip next morning, you can request for a breakfast to-go the day before!"

AAleksandr KhaleminWe had a very pleasant stay at Paradisus by Meliá Bali. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The green territory is lush, well-maintained, and creates a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
There are plenty of activities, especially for children — it’s a great choice for families. The kids’ entertainment options are impressive, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable.
The gym is modern and well-equipped, which was a big plus. Breakfast is good with a nice variety, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of selection and refinement.
The only downside is that restaurant prices inside the hotel are quite high compared to similar places in Bali.
Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and lots to do.

GGuest UserThe Ayodya is very large Balinese style hotel in a perfect location on a beautiful beach. It has plenty of activities available with a lot of pools, restaurants and places to just sit. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. Great for families . The staff is attentive and friendly. They were very kind to move our room when there was construction at the neighboring resort. The food is expensive at the resort compared to local eateries so we never ate on site except for Nepyi. The resort itself could use some upkeep as it is starting to show its age.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and cheerful, and they remembered our names even though there were other guests staying there. Breakfast (included in the package we booked) was a buffet-style meal with a variety of options, including pastries, ice cream, gluten-free options, Indian dishes, noodles, a wide selection of breads, juices, and delicious tropical fruits—and the coffee was delicious every time. The lunch we bought at the hotel tasted great; the portions were a bit small for us but still delicious. The drinks at the bar were delicious, and we took advantage of the 2-for-1 discount from noon until 6 p.m. We also used the gym, which is well-maintained and functional. The only comment we have about the hotel is that the “hot” water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me (I hate showering with cold water). I celebrated my birthday at the hotel, and they gave me a delicious dessert at breakfast and a nice message on the bathroom mirror.

We were also offered a complimentary late check-out until 3PM as a one-time benefit after registering for their Unity Membership.
We changed rooms around 12PM to another room,
so the extra few hours made the transition much more comfortable and relaxing for our family. ❤️

Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

GGuest UserBefore arriving, I was a bit worried about the construction nearby, but it turned out to have no impact at all. We didn't hear any noise by the pool, and even our room, located on the far left, was completely quiet. The pools are beautiful; there are about five or six of them, including a super long 30-meter slide, a kids' slide, and water basketball. Basically, we spent two whole days relaxing at the hotel and didn't leave once. It's perfect for a first stop in Bali if you're looking to just unwind. We tried three of the hotel's restaurants. We had lunch every day at Breeze by the sea, and dinner every night was a candlelight dinner at another seaside restaurant, and all the food was delicious.

MMАРКThe hotel is located in the Nusa Dua area. The location is excellent, near Pepito Supermarket and Bali Collection. It has a beautiful, well-maintained Indonesian-style grounds and a private beach with various water sports and a volleyball court. There's an ice cream and drinks cafe by the beach. The beach itself is clean with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower is also available. The pool is good and clean, with a bar, showers, and restrooms. There are also two European-style restaurants.
Despite all this splendor and the staff's desire to help and provide good service, there are a few issues the hotel needs to address immediately.
Problem 1: The restaurant's kitchen is completely incompetent (and the hotel is positioned as all-inclusive). We only paid for breakfast (you won't starve, but the variety is disappointing). Upon arrival, we ordered à la carte lunch and basically paid for nothing... the soups were tasteless, the steaks were tough and chewy, and the fried potatoes were swimming in oil. We had to send everything back; the staff didn't even bat an eye, just cleared the plates and brought the bill.
Problem 2: The hotel's plumbing is clogged. There was a foul smell coming from the sinks in our room (we were there during the rainy season, so perhaps it couldn't cope, but the water in one sink also wouldn't drain).
Problem 3: The hotel needs roof repairs. There were leaks throughout the hotel lobby, in the corridors on various floors, and even in our room (especially when it rained heavily, which was daily). I didn't take photos of the issues, but we hope the hotel resolves these problems so guests can have a satisfying stay.

Excellent location. Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception.
2. Check-in / Check-out Experience
Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception.
3. Room Quality & Comfort
The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting.
4. Bathroom
Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily.
5. Staff & Service
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping.
6. Facilities & Amenities
The pool was really nice and well-kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We didn’t try breakfast. Motorbike parking and 24-hour reception were useful.
7. Value for Money
Really good value for money. We got a clean, bright room with a great pool-view balcony in a prime location at a fair price. No complaints.
8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable base with a nice pool. Great spot if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

LLittle snow pinkHotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing.
Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street.
Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。
設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍
食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝

EElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away.
Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day.
Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water.
I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!
