The hotel is OK, but should be renovated. Bathrooms are relatively new. The restaurant is terrible. No choice, you didn't even get the meat you ordered, no normal menu, no prices on the menu.

All in all quite good. Only the kitchen and the service in the restaurant need to be improved. In the restaurant the value for money is not correct. However, our suggestions have been taken and we hope to improve it next time.

The hotel exceeds all expectations. The basic expectations are met: cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, nice wellness area and good location. All others are exceeded: extremely well-equipped fitness area, better food than expected, living room atmosphere despite the many rooms and staff that you could only wish for. From reception to room service to the restaurant, all employees were well trained, friendly and cheerful, approachable, customer-oriented and always gave us the feeling that they really enjoyed their work. Great experience!

Hotel: showing its age, but bathroom renovated and generally well maintained and clean. SPA area modern, well maintained, clean and in good condition Restaurant: --Service, hardly any choice, very expensive, very small portions, side salad, contrary to the description, no lettuce. Apart from very large plates, nothing indicates that this is fine cuisine. There hardly seem to be any dishes with fresh products. There are no trained staff, but everyone is friendly. Unfortunately, there is often a lack of attention. If you manage to order a drink for yourself, your neighbor's empty glass is ignored... often there are language barriers too. At reception, you only get a detailed bill if you ask. When asked for the standard question of whether everything was OK, my answer: There is a lot of potential for improvement is not considered or followed up on (possibly a language barrier)

Good food, very good breakfast. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Small spa with pool to relax. Located right on the Alpenstrasse, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Sudelfeld ski area. Definitely recommended.

Im Rahmen einer Silvesterveranstaltung verbrachten meine Frau und ich 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die erbrachten Leistungen entsprachen in keiner Weise den beworbenen und dem zu erwartenden Niveau eines 4*S Hauses. Im Deckmantel eines ehemaligen 5 Sternehauses mit herorragender Küche (Sternekoch) werden diese durch den neuen Pächter zu einem nun überhöhten Preis angeboten.
