Idéal pour les fêtes de Bayonne ! Il est placé assez proche du centre pour y aller rapidement à pied et assez loin pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit ! We arrived in Bayonne by train and the hotel is less that a 5 minute walk away. We were allocated a room on the first floor overlooking the river. However it was very noisy - especially on the first night with what sounded like a motorbike rally on the road over the river at 1am. The room was basic but clean and functional. Free tea,coffee and hot chocolate is provided at all times in the breakfast room on the ground floor. It's around a 10 minute walk into central Bayonne A decent buffet breakfast is available and this was served earlier enough for us to catch the 07:48 train to Paris on the day of departure.

MENSONGERE ANNONCE: you sell a room of 17 to 24 m2 with a queen size bed for 231€ on 2 nights from 13 to 15 August 2022 We found in a room of just 11 m2 (only the place to turn the bed), a bed of 140, small water room with toilet sleeve that doesn't hold and shower powder that doesn't hold on the shower bar (which was reported at the reception) The room was not a classic but a basic at 110€ per night (see photo) Apparently, we are not the first to complain (dixes the reception) What are you going to do to compensate us ???? And we hope a little more that the price difference is €11 !!!!

Really well run hotel, clean, modern room, ours had a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Booked this last minute as our hotel across town ended up closing for August 1st at the end of the festival. We kept the other reservation because it was in an ancient stone tower. Bad move in hindsight as they were no where near as on point as these guys and the air conditioning was the biggest fail. If you're coming to Bayonne when it's hot - STAY HERE.

The reception is located on 9th floor and have to park the car to lift upstair, take the key and go back back down to park the car. Service was fine and the hotel has its own modern style of design.
