Ibis Bayonne Centre

Hotel bien situé près du centre de Bayonne, accueil chaleureux, chambre agréable côté Adour, prix correct pour la nuit. Venue en couple pour un week-end nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce lieu et le recommandons pour visiter cette charmante ville.

Le plus de cet établissement est le parking sécurisé, le personnel est présent et agréable. le petit déjeuner de qualité. non bruyant bien qu'en bord de boulevard. la promenade en bord de rivière est très agréable, l'hôtel est proche du centre ville.

Malgré une réservation par téléphone pour une chambre au calme, on nous a attribué une petite chambre sur rue, mal insonorisée malgré sa mini fenêtre à double vitrage. Salle de bain minuscule, 1 seule serviette par personne, tellement fine qu'elle n'éponge rien, gobelets en carton, la qualité Ibis a bien régressée. De plus, cet hôtel n'est pas du tout proche du centre historique, environ 1 km quand même !

HÔTEL J’ai du annuler ma nuitée la veille des fêtes de Bayonne. Je comprends qu’il y ait un process d’annulation. mais commercialement c’est zéro pointé. Étant donné la période la chambre a du être relouée donc double encaissement ! Pour le principe je déconseille fortement cet Hôtel .

Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel, supposé 3*, n'est pas bon. Des chambres "cabines" petites et mal insonorisées, les portes qui claquent, ... Accueil froid et sans intérêt, seul le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur. La situation est bonne et le parking à 9 euros/jour intéressant.

Chambre confortable et literie très bien. En revanche pas bien insonorisé. Il y a pas mal de bruits de la rue. Parking correct, bien que certains clients ne respectent rien. Situation géographique bof, situé assez loin du véritable centre ville. Expérience moyenne.

Room a little small, no wardrobe, nor where to put the suitcase. Cardboard cup failed very quickly and not replaced the next day. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Surprised by the billing method, price changing every day.

Very well located, comfortable hotel, the staff at breakfast top and very smiling, a little less for the reception. Breakfast very varied and very good. I highly recommend. Secure parking, access to the center of Bayonne on foot very accessible.

Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was a bit small. Big downside: dog not allowed in the catering area although accepted in the rooms (of course we pay more interesting for the boss). But we only tell you this in the evening when we want to eat even though it would have been nicer to say it when we arrived. Obliged to find an open restaurant… Signage at reception would also be a plus to inform that dogs are not allowed in the catering area… whereas the next morning at breakfast there were 2 dogs in this famous catering room …Without controversy. Left the hotel after one night to find a hotel more welcoming to our animal friends.
